Good service First room given full of dead rat smell The Managment knew the problem as the duct of aircon Had a problem o spite of knowing they let it out After complaining they changed the room But service is good People are helpful But don’t expect extra bedroom keys

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

It's my first time I visited India. And I like very much, especially I want to note the staff in hotel, they are so kind and very pleasant. Also I want to note that the restaurant manager Stephen- he always help me to order not spicy food. And Honey server is the best, he is very considerated for guests wishes. The face of India they present is perfect!

I’ve stayed here 3-4 times. Every time it has been an amazing experiance. It like a home away from home. The Appartments are very well designed. Kurta residencyIt’s located in a very posh, nice and quiet Neighbourhood. A very neat and clean hotel/ service Appartments with all the possible amenities like toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. in the rooms. The staff is amazing, very sweet and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, even the pool and gym are very clean and well equipped. Only pros, no cons.

I visit Oaks quite regularly when I am in Pune. I like the service and rooms as well. Kind of cosy and homely. The staff is always helpful and eager to help. At times I do reach the property quite early in the morning and the staff always gives me an early check in and that's a really good experience, especially after I have travelled for 2.5 hours. One issue I have is the parking. It's angular and quite small in size. If you have a big car and need parking, it's an effort.

The guest service relations manager that fulfils your every need and checks in with you to make sure everything is how you desire. Good housekeeping service that clean and restock the rooms. Clean safe bottled water. And the dinning staff that go above and beyond with amazing chefs that prepare meals full of love and care as if they were serving the meals for themselves and their families. The team here at the Oakwood Residence Pune are very accommodating and fulfil your every need. Very happy with my stay here. The staff that operate this place of residence is what makes feel comfortable, 10/10

Hotel was a great experience overall. Very nice apartments , 1 bedroom with large comfy bed and a sofa big enough for an adult. The restaurant had a good selection , waiter very attentive especially Honey who was always very helpful and provided us with local information, Thank you Honey and also Raul
