Eden Roc Cap Cana

For the second year in a row my husband and I spent a long weekend (Thursday - Sunday) at Eden Roc Cap Cana. Both stays were excellent, and we now are planning to make it an annual trip! From the moment you step out of your car, the staff at Eden Roc are top notch. We were seated for our overview meeting with a refreshing juice and immediately met our personal concierge for the stay. This year Kiara and Melvin were assigned to us and took excellent care of every need we had. They were readily available via WhatsApp to answer any questions, book reservations, and assist with any requests that we had. We had 2 dinners at La Palapa, and one night at Blue. Every meal regardless of the restaurant was a standout! The chef at La Palapa even made an off menu dish that I had enjoyed last year but was not on the current menu. He was so kind! Clara at Blue made sure our breakfasts were perfect. Everyone should order the "Dominican Experience" breakfast option, it was great. We also went to the Marina for lunch and enjoyed lunch at Noah (all coordinated by Kiara). For both of our stays our room was a top floor 1 bedroom Beachfront Suite. The rooms are stunning! Beautifully appointed, huge balconies with incredible views. The beach is beautiful, not too crowded with plenty of seating options (daybeds, chaises, sofas etc) as well as a great beach bar that serves food as well as cocktails. Teo the bartender ensures that everyone has a great time at the beach! There is no issue with seaweed as there is a rope barrier out in the water protecting the cove. We can't wait for next year!

What an incredible trip!! We are still dreaming about our vacation to Eden Roc Cap Cana. This place is the full package--amazing beach, pool, service, and restaurants. We have a 2y and 5y old and they were SO amazingly kind to them. Special shout out to Sara and Braulio, our personal concierge. We were able to text them via "whats app" for anything we needed, such as things for the room, dining reservations, and spa appointments. We stayed in an ocean front one bedroom suite--they had a wonderful crib for my son and my daughter slept on a very comfortable pullout. The room was set up with a kids tent and toys, bathrobes and slippers, hats and sunglasses--they were jumping in excitement! Our suite was on the first floor so our large patio was just steps from the beach--just amazing. Everyday during naps and after the kids' bedtime, we were able to enjoy the beach and views and cocktails. The villas up the hill seem great too especially for bigger families, but with a toddler we LOVED having everything at our fingertips. Another shoutout to Gustavo and Wilson who took care of us daily on the beach, bringing us lunch and drinks. Everything was timely and delicious. We had even had multiple dinners right on our patio from the Beach Club--easy and simple for our crew. The food and drinks were surprisingly good--and we are picking New Yorkers! : ) We also absolutely loved the breakfast--buffet and menu options included in the room rate. Clara brought out a baby placemat and utensils each day without us ever asking. Just wow! Thank you to the entire team at Eden Roc Cap Cana. We are so excited to return!

Great place. Beautiful beach. Great service! Wilson and Alexis provided great beachside service with beverages and food!! Golf was amazing. Nice selection of dining options too! We never left the place!! Room services were awesome as well!

Excellent resort! Very peaceful and hotel provided my own cart that made everything easier to get around. The rooms had a private garden with an outside shower . Will definitely go back. My butler Junior was espectacular! Loved this dream getaway!

My recent stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana far exceeded my expectations in every way. As a butler at another resort, I can confidently say that the service here surpasses any hotel I’ve visited on the island. The staff at Eden Roc, from the warm welcome in the lobby to the attentive beach bartenders, truly makes you feel like royalty. The Blue Grill and beach staff stood out with their friendly and personalized service, but it was the butler team, especially Melvin, who impressed me the most. They went above and beyond, even locating and delivering vital medication for my friend in under an hour—an outstanding example of their dedication and professionalism. Eden Roc’s facilities were equally impressive. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the private beach is pristine, and the resort has a range of activities, including a championship golf course, spa, and wellness center. Our private villa was a haven of elegance and comfort, complete with its own golf cart for convenient access around the resort. Dinner at Mediterráneo was a highlight; the ambience was elegant and intimate, and the staff even curated a custom wine pairing for us, adding a special touch to an already memorable evening. Eden Roc’s boutique atmosphere creates an exclusive feel, making every guest feel uniquely valued. In my opinion, this is the finest resort on the island—a place that combines luxury, privacy, and exceptional service at every level. I look forward to the chance to experience it again and would recommend it without reservation.
