Terrible experience. Hotel is far from main market place. Very un hygienic conditions. Spoiled our vacation. Staff was not concerned to us.

When we enquirer if they serve dinner at their premises. Answer was yes. The manager told that we will have to wait for 45 minits so that they can prepare food as per order. We placed order at 7pm and expected dinner to be ready by 8pm. We waited till 10pm, there was no response so when i enquired at counter, i was told the person who took our order has gone out and the other person at counter told that treat your order as cancelled. After heated discussion, the first *** came and he arranged packed food from outside and served at 11. 45pm. The body langauge and reply of second person was very rude. This could have been avoided, if they would have told that no diner available, we had no problem. There are "n" number of restaurent available nearby. Never never order food items

We stayed for one day and checked out next day. We took the supposedly best room a1 and the room adjoining. Poor hygiene. Stained bed sheets and towels. Staff refused to charge. Maximum time load shedding was there and room a1 doesn’t have ceiling fan also. Only dependent on ac and without power. Two good points hotel in front of sea and no problem of parking own car. Manager behaviour was good. Hotel needs complete overhaul of hygiene

The hotel is pretty average with only positive things are the spacious rooms and staffs behaviour. You can get 24 hrs water (both hot and normal) but electricity is not guaranteed round the clock. Each room has a balcony but sea view is possible only if you get a room at the frontside of the hotel. There is a common dining area where you can sit and enjoy the sea. The property situated far from the golden beach, so choose this one only if you want to stay away from the hustle-and-bustle of the puri city. You can spend quality time at the nearby beach with your loved ones. There are very less people to disturb you and the beach is clean compared to the main golden beach. However, you will merely get any shop there and have to go to main market area to buy anything which is nearly 3km far from the hotel.

Golden dust as a property is neat and clean. Staffs are thorough professionals. Food quality is good. The sea just in-front of it make it completely worth your money.
