One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Bardzo dobry hotel dobre jedzenie przyjemna obsługa dużo aktywności nie można się nudzić. Wspaniałe doświadczenie godne do rekomendacji dla wszystkich. Jestem w tym hotelu 3 raz widać dużo poprawionych elementów. Szczególnie polecam dla pływających i snurkujacych jest nowy aquapark. Polecankoo. ;)))

To był mój pierwszy raz w Egipcie, szczerze mówiąc hotel wybierałem w ciemno i byl to strzał w 10! Hotel okazał się przecudowny i komfortowy. Widok z pokoju na lagoone był obłędny! Pokoje bardzo komfortowe, czyste oraz prywatność było czuć na wysokim poziomie! Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna na każdym kroku! Codziennie odbywało się show wieczorem które bawiło nas na każdym kroku! Podczas konkursów udało mi się nawet wygrać mistera hotelu! Wycieczki bardzo dobrze zorganizowane i w takiej cenie nie znajdziesz takich widoków nigdzie indziej! Jedzenie w hotelu przepyszne, nic dodać i nic ująć!

Hotel jest wspaniały. Pokój, jedzenie, atrakcje, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, nie można się nudzić. Teren hotelu przepiękny. Wszystko było ok, dawanie napiwków trochę męczące ale taka tu kultura. Wszystko było ok. Byliśmy na wakacjach z rodziną, jedzeni było smaczne, plaża ładna, miał obsługa, jedzenie cały czas. Ogólnie nam się podobało i polecamy ten hotel. Prawdopodobnie dostaliśmy pokój w części sand mimo że zakwaterowanie było w palace, ale pokoje i tak były ładne.
