One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.

Bardzo dobre miejsce, dużo animacji, przepiękna rafa od portu, spokojne morze. Jeżeli chodzi o drinki to trochę mogło być więcej różnych drinków. Plaża bardzo spokojna, kelnerzy zapamiętują bardzo szybko gości i z uśmiechem. Są bardzo sympatyczni.

Voor ons is het als thuiskomen . Alles hier is perfect! Wij zijn hier al voor de 16e keer . Extra speciaal maakt hier ook zeker het personeel zoals Adham shahen, Ahmed abdel hafiez , adel abou elela en karam van de housekeeping. Voor ons is het hier echt een familie geworden alles word tot in de puntjes geregeld. Alles super schoon , super mooi lekker eten . En ook zeker het huis rif is geweldig ! Wij komen zeker weer terug !

Alle Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit, erfüllen fast alle Wünsche. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und man kann hier toll schnorcheln, ein super Riff, vom Steg erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, das Essn ist lecker und es gibt einen schönen Rutschenpark.

Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht, in einem wunderschönen, großzügig angelegten und sauberen Hotel gelandet zu sein. Der Strand ist wunderschön und Korallenriffe direkt vorm Hotel laden zum Schnorcheln ein. Unser Zimmer wird täglich hervorragend durch Karam gereinigt und unser Bett liebevoll dekoriert. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit.
