涵碧樓入住非常滿意尤其早餐讓人印象深刻。種類很多，刀削麪，混沌，生滾粥，油條，牛肉餅都是星級酒店中領先的出品。廚師的服務都很好，做混沌的徐大姐非常熱情，混沌也是一級棒。剛炸好的油條也會趁熱給吃早餐的派發。行政總廚也會每一桌問早餐的感受和住房的感覺。認識了行政總廚亢廚，很健談跟我們聊涵碧樓的文化，青島的旅遊。總之這裏的早餐出品和服務讓我感覺他們很用心，也會時時刻刻關注用餐體驗。很多細節也彰顯了酒店對待客人的態度。期待下次到青島繼續入住涵碧樓

青島涵碧樓比台灣涵碧樓要大很多，都是出自於澳州已故設計大師Kerry之作，酒店的空間很寬闊，除了大堂門口是面向青山之外，其他朝向全是面朝大海，所有房間都能看到大海，環境很棒，很有度假氛圍的酒店，要特別感覺Benjamin為我們提供著非常貼心的服務，令人感動，很有溫度的問候，哪怕沒有見過面，都能感受到了涵碧樓適時的精髓，一切以客人根本的酒店，還給我專門發信息提醒早上日出的時間，整體入住很滿意。

I came here because it was convenient for fishing by the sea. I had the impression that it was an old hotel. I read some reviews before coming here and didn't have high expectations. But I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in Building 3. The design of the building makes every room face the sea, with full floor-to-ceiling windows. It was really comfortable to watch the sunrise in the spacious and warm room in winter. I think the facilities are completely acceptable, and some designs are advanced. The breakfast is rich with Qingdao characteristics, the service is good, and the housekeeper Haley is attentive throughout the service, warm, timely, and reliable. I will come again next time!
