距離金沙灘非常近，出小區過馬路就到，步行5分鐘，小區門口有美食一條街，吃飯也很方便，帶着長者和孩子住很寬敞，啤酒城步行也能到，位置很好

來青島金沙灘推薦住他家民宿，尤其是帶着長者孩子出行的，房間乾淨整潔，離大海很近，在屋裡就能看到，停車也方便，他家飯店也很推薦，海鮮新鮮，價格公道，分量足，老闆很實在，怕長者孩子玩兒累了，還特意開車接送來回飯店民宿兩地（僅僅900多米，溜達一會兒就到）老闆熱情周到，下次來還住他家。

公寓很好，無人打擾，一室兩廳，住5人完全沒問題，離海邊很近，步行6分鐘左右就到了，價格實惠，晚上吃了飯都能去散散步！必須好評

挺不錯的，老闆人好熱情，帶我們去自家海鮮燒烤店親自挑選海鮮，享受了內部折扣，房屋位置緊鄰金沙灘浴場，路途有美食街，整體挺不錯的

廚房：寬敞明亮，冰箱製冷強勁，各類廚房用品一應俱全。
衞生間：衞生間小了些，但是熱水器水大、加熱快。
與描述的一致，卧室窗可以一眼望見金山灘，雖然有一幢高層遮擋，但是並不妨礙觀海景。
內陽台晾衣服非常方便。
總之，一切都很滿意！

老闆服務很好，到那裡之後就立即過來送我們到房間還告訴我們一些旅行攻略，這會讓我們更加輕鬆的選擇去哪裡玩，晚上還接送去他家飯店吃海鮮，都是新鮮的海鮮味道很不錯，服務也很好，價格也不算貴。
