I recently stayed at Hotel Lanuo and had a delightful experience. The hotel offers a modern and cozy atmosphere, with spacious rooms that feature contemporary decor and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is ideal, situated close to key attractions and public transportation. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for every taste. The only minor issue was the noise from nearby traffic, but it didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, Hotel Lanuo is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

服務人員的態度很好，熱情周到，有求必應。辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速，酒店的環境十分優雅，大堂寬敞明亮，裝飾精美，酒店配備了健身房、洗衣房，休閑健身很方便，距離市中心的熱門景點都很近，步行就能到達，節省了不少交通成本和時間。周邊還有很多便利店和餐廳，生活非常方便。前台小宇服務熱情

住宿體驗不好，主要原因如下：
1. 淋浴間熱水水流極小，在冬天真的很要命
2.沐浴間門關不緊，會漏涼風，結合第一點，非常容易感冒
3.辦理完入住後進電梯時，由於酒店用的刷臉系統有問題，並且沒給房卡，進了電梯摁了很久最後輾轉回前台給了房卡摁電梯，體驗很差，華而不實
4.房間燈光控制無法細分到燈帶和射燈，射燈照着眼睛很不舒服，關了又會因為連帶着關其他燈太暗，對眼睛不好
酒店很多錢都花在了智能客控或者是人臉系統之類的科技上面，卻仍舊有許多問題，反而忽視非常影響客户體驗的地方。
值得表揚的是服務員認錯態度好，並且提出了補償方案，所以沒有給差評。相關負責人也提出會重視相關問題，希望各位住客一同見證。

酒店房間內生活用品配備齊全。設施設備齊全，位置好找周邊環境挺便利的，院內有一片停車場，停車很方便 ，酒店環境十分優雅，大堂寬敞明亮，裝飾精美，房間佈置更是温馨宜人。床又大又舒服，躺在上面就像躺在雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮。酒店配備了健身房、洗衣房，休閑健身很方便，前台小宇服務熱情，好評，推薦
