Downstairs is the bus stop, which can directly reach Qingdao Station, Zhanqiao, Zhongshan Road, Xinhao Mountain, Taidong Commercial Pedestrian Street and other popular attractions. Response from Property: First of all thank you for checking in. On July 28, we asked someone from the door and window company to come over and inspect the window. They said there was no problem or damage to the window, and the decoration company could prove it. When it is windy and rainy at night, your window sash is not closed properly or is left open, causing water to enter. We installed new window sashes that can be opened flat or reversed. You didn't have any losses when you asked for a refund of half of the room fee when you checked out. Our company directly rejected it and you said you wanted to leave a negative review and complain. It's so evil! Regarding this low score, 0.5 means it does not meet the conditions for accommodation! Seriously inconsistent with the facts! The management rights during the stay belong to the guest. You didn’t close the window and water got in, but you didn’t mention it at all! Everything must be reasonable! You must have a conscience, be a real person, and do things in a down-to-earth manner! There were guests checking in before and after, and it rained, so there was no problem with water intrusion! Later guests are welcome to supervise and prove.
