Comfortable stay and front desk staff was friendly. Close to basic amenities and the shopping mall is just next to it. Morning breakfast is served i.e fastfood.

Very clean, next to quiet land and like the hotel with individual controlled warm air system. Although all 2 Single Bed Rooms are next to lift which is more noisy due to movements in and out of lift but luckily bearable as during our 3 nights stay, no much of movement from late night to early morning that disturb our sleep.

The hotel is relatively small but convenient. It was my first time in Xiamen. I was looking for a place to rest while I figured out accommodation near the university. The location of this hotel is conveniently located close to the center of the city, so you can easily catch a bus, a taxi, or walk to some of the nearby attractions. The hotel doesn't offer meals but there are plenty of options at every price point in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful even for a non-Chinese speaker and the rooms are kept clean every day. My room didn't come with a window but since I needed a place to come back to to crash without any interruptions from traffic, I really didn't mind it. I liked some of the environmental sustainability aspects of the hotel and I would definitely choose it again.

I had a good time in the hotel. The hotel is in an in interesting spot in Xiamen. One can reach all places very easy and never get used to all different directions. The hotel is clean and the stuff members are all friendly.

I originally booked only one room, but later I felt comfortable, so I extended my stay for 2 days. 1. Sanitary, intuitively clean and tidy, the room has windows and good light source. 2. Good living facilities in the surrounding area. Turn right when you go out and you will see the bus station and Tianhong Shopping Mall. Go straight and you will see Lao Yang Noodle House, which tastes good. Go out and cross the pedestrian bridge, and you will see KFC, Bawang Cha Ji, Guangzhou Rice Noodle Rolls and various delicacies opposite, which meet various needs, are convenient and of certain quality. 3. The hotel lobby is clean, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the fruits and vegetables are fresh and the environment is comfortable. 4. I like the coffee in the lobby very much. It is made from real coffee beans, fragrant, and you can add fresh cream by yourself. Every time I pass by, I can't help but make a cup. Why do I know that it is made from beans? Because I saw the staff cleaning the bean dregs. And no matter how many cups I refill, the staff will not look at it differently, and the quality is high. 5. Convenient transportation. This intersection is convenient for parking, taking a Didi, and taking a bus. A fruit platter was also sent in the evening, which is very considerate. 6. The check-in experience is good, the window is closed, the sound insulation is good, and the noise of the air conditioner cannot be heard. And it is equipped with simple tea sets, which is refreshing. There are free TV movies on TV, unlike other hotels that charge for everything, which can meet the needs of children. I would like to mention the shortcomings and suggestions for improvement: 1. The service hall and Building 2 are separated by the entrance of the community parking lot, which is a safety hazard. Because children often rush excitedly when they go out, they are afraid of scratching vehicles. It is recommended to set up obvious warning signs or reminder signs with lights. 2. The ventilation and dehumidification effect is average. Because the family travels, there are children, and there are many clothes to change every day, but they can't dry in 3 days, which is quite troublesome. Can the ventilation and dehumidification function of the shower room be strengthened? 3. There is no shelf for placing items in the room, and the luggage can only be placed on the ground, which is not very convenient. It would be better if a folding shelf could be added. The room is not as wide as in other cities. It is still very cost-effective to have such an environment in a tourist city. All Seasons Hotel still knows how to make guests warm.

After a day out, I came back and lay on the big bed, and my good mood continued. The bed was soft, but not so soft that you would sink into it. It felt good. The front desk staff provided excellent service in all aspects. This is my first time staying at the All Seasons Hotel, and I will choose the All Seasons Hotel when I go to other cities in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to various attractions, and the environment is very clean. The front desk will inform you in advance that there may be noise during the day when the downstairs is under renovation. I took my kids out to play during the day, and it had basically no impact.
