老牌銀盞，新的一區我覺得環境還是可以的！就是要避開不要對着工地。
服務：雖然服務人員比較少，但迴應都很到位。不過房間竟然沒有電話，有點尷尬😳。
每個人都盡心盡力去對待每個客人，總體來説，還不錯。

酒店似小賓館，前台服務員不夠人。不過他們也挺可以幫忙的。
食飯要走出酒店門口，走路10分鐘，不方便。
附近新銀盞酒店環境好很多。

果棲木屋很新，在路邊上挨着。但屋內有味道，沒什麼私隱性 隔壁棟就幾米遠無遮擋，私家池不是露天。不能隨心所欲泡。隔音也不好。

園林式温泉，20多個泡池，閑日也基本大部分都開放，水温會保持，因為是團購，還是住之前的小樓房，房間乾淨衞生，用品也是慢慢改進，參觀了新落成主樓帶泡池的房間，裝修新穎，對得起房間，現在自助早餐搬到主樓，品種增加不少，各崗位員工服務態度也越來越好了，體現出君瀾管理後慢慢有提高，入住前和之後都有電話，非常贊，希望以後再多推特價
