兩三百的價錢能訂到這樣的民宿，確實划算，衞生也可以。

如果你想訂這間5.0評分的民宿，請認真考慮後再做決定！1.下午四點半去到，還沒有打掃衞生（這個能忍）2.部分被套沒有換，被套上鮮紅的姨媽血和被芯的姨媽血位置對應；3.枕頭套上有鞋印，並且有鞋印的枕頭還被故意放在下面；4.枕頭是臭的，一股人肉味；5.帶推拉門的房間很濕，黏糊糊的一床；6.洗衣機是波輪洗衣機，臟兮兮的，不是他們家照片那種滾筒的；7.有問題找老闆，收完按金以後，這邊app和微信都是不會理你的。

我想説房間真的很好！！強烈推薦大家來清遠玩的話可以選這裏入住，離白廟碼頭和筆架山開車滴滴都比較近，附近還有個保利廣場可以逛吃，晚上還可以去江邊走走，這是我出遊以來入住過最好的公寓房了，衞生和環境都很不錯，安全係數也很高，整體入住的感覺就真的是像在自己家一樣，爸媽也很喜歡，覺得這次選的公寓很不錯，下次來清遠還會選擇這家～管理人員也很有禮貌，祝店家生意興隆～

私人管理的房子，住的人應該不多。
既然放到平台去，我認為收了顧客的錢應該要提前去通通風吧，一進門撲鼻而來的臭氣，真是一言難盡，主卧裏面有廁所，直到走的那一刻都還沒散完。
對於這個味道，很難以接受和給予好評，床鋪也是一陣陣味道，不知道怎麼回事，如果平時沒什麼人住，那在我住進去之前不知道管理員有沒有去巡視一下，再交付給客人呢，體驗感太太太差了
