Family-friendly Hotels in Quanzhou

The hotel service is great. The staff Always smiling and welcoming. Very generous and kind. They cleaned the room very well. 郑惠川and Lu Qiao Yun 0319 are very helpful and friendly.

I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

The location is excellent in the ancient city. Although the price is not high, the service is indeed first-class. From the front desk to the building attendants, they are all proactive and smiling. From check-in to check-out, I have always been reluctant to leave. In this regard, we can see that Quanzhou is several levels ahead of the state to its south.

The overall health is not bad, the price is close to the people, the room is quite big, the air is very good in the gymnasium, and the surrounding street view can be seen at night. Quanzhou is still a city worth visiting a few more times.

As an old hotel in Quanzhou, the facilities are complete, equipped with parking lots, and the transportation is convenient. The front desk lady sister and brother are very attentive and thoughtful. Seeing that we bring children, we will give children small gifts. The environment is comfortable, the children's playground in the lobby on the first floor is intimately equipped with tables and chairs. Adults can sit and chat when waiting for the bus or resting, and some children will not be bored and noisy. The room was very comfortable and clean, the public area outside the door was covered with thick carpets, the environment was very quiet, and the cleaning staff had a strong business level. One thing I was very satisfied with was that they tried to avoid noise. This was too friendly for people who liked quiet. The overall stay experience is very satisfactory! ! !

雖然酒店看起來比較老舊，但前台工作人員及走廊碰到的服務員都比較熱情，服務很好，個人認為出門在外，有時候服務比硬件設施更重要！另外早餐雖然平價，但品種還是很豐盛，性價比挺高！

Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

Hidden treasure hotel, Aijun Group Binhai Hotel is really great! It has its own independent compound, convenient parking and transportation! There are discounts for soldiers and military families, all aspects of service are very good, the front desk service is really great! There is a building with rooms that has just been renovated this year, very new, and the facilities are also intelligent! The layout in the room is also comfortable to use! The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the noodle soup is delicious, and the sesame balls are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very good stay experience! A good hotel that you must not miss when you come to Quanzhou!

1. The room is spacious and soundproof. The rooms along the street are not noisy. The downside is that I stayed for another day. After the aunt cleaned the room, the bathroom smelled moldy. I flushed it several times but it still smelled. 2. It is convenient for travel. It is next to Taihe Plaza and the Ferris wheel commonly known as the Eye of Quanzhou. It is close to shopping and eating. 3. The front desk staff is sloppy and not meticulous. The deposit was refunded in the wrong amount. I looked at the card deposit slip in the bill several times but couldn't see it. I had to check with her several times before I saw it. I was speechless.
