選在七栩過紀念日太正確了，超出我的期許，超級滿意十分推薦。酒店位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，一早下樓就能拍到無人的西街鐘樓。酒店的設計非常有品味，很出片。早餐精緻又美味，泉州的特色小吃一網打盡，比西街上的好吃太多了。最喜歡的還是酒店的服務，小奢酒店的典範。管家Cici人美又貼心，幫忙定各種活動協調時間，超級耐心❤️最後趕飛機時間來不及，特地把行李送到一樓，幫忙打車，很感謝。

酒店地處市中心最熱鬧的位置，但又非常安靜雅緻，有種大隱隱於市的感覺！每一位員工都發自內心的熱情與專業，特別是雅琴小美女，自從我入住那一刻起就十分耐心地給我介紹當地的美食跟景點，十分貼心，有求必應！一次非常完美的旅程，下次來泉州還要住七栩！

帶着高期望值選擇下榻七栩，這應該是在泉州最貴的酒店沒有之一了吧。入住2晚的感受是，酒店的整體定位應該衹能算高端民宿或高端精品酒店，和國際品牌酒店或五星酒店毫不相干。在此，對酒店提幾個建設性意見供參考：
一：硬件板塊
1:淋浴間門的合頁需要全部調整力度，存在很大隱患，以及門的角落非常尖鋭，因門的力度過強，導致入住第一晚手指被夾，第二天腳趾被刮破出血。
2:淋浴間內的浴缸或浴缸裏側的牆面缺少把手，無支撐點，若腳打滑或小朋友使用，存在非常大的安全隱患。
3:洗手枱的開關，若雙手塗抹了護手霜後再去擰水龍頭開關，非常難使用。
4:酒店電梯轎廂內和房間內的燈光亮度都比較舒適，唯獨客房走廊那一組燈光顯得格格不入，實在過亮較拉垮。
5:酒店6樓的户外平台處是除房間外待的最久的地方，也有很多客人前來打卡拍照。可惜整個户外平台的綠植毫無設計感也沒有打理，雜亂無章，有些可惜。
二：服務板塊
1:入住前和退房後都有工作人員來電詢問，可入住前來電的男生，似乎像是剛工作的實習生或者説這是他的第一個對客電話，還需培訓後再麪客。
2:由於被門劃傷後致電前台需要創可貼，這個事前台有交接給相關負責人，中午左右來電詢問情況，也試圖offer下午茶以表酒店關懷。這個交接和follow up不錯。
3:基於中午的詢問關懷也在當下安排工程師傅對門的尖鋭處做了應急處理，有在跟進。（門的力度未改變）
4:酒店的下午茶品質 早餐品質 若定位民宿或精品酒店，那出品符合定位。若想與星級酒店掛鈎，還有很大的空間需要提升。
另外：酒店的美式咖啡怎麼就能定的出47元一杯的定價，比北上廣都要貴出天際。就因為使用的是辣媽咖啡機嗎？可光有機器 沒有好的豆子 和咖啡師怎麼能體現辣媽機的厲害之處和匹配47元的定價呢
