酒店地處西街附近，出行很方便。大堂氣派，雖然是老牌五星級，但是細節做得很棒。酒店工作人員都對客服務很好，前台小彭服務特別細緻好，有求必應，值得入住 ，推薦大家都來入住

特別想表揚那個1號下午前台的小姐姐，耐心細緻，check in 動作手腳很麻利，各種叮囑和提醒。還給了泉州的旅遊線路圖，後來因為怕熱和前台申明瞭一下，到達房間就有電話來貼心問候熱不熱，確定後立即派阿姨上門指導開空調，送了入住水果、晚飯後送了點心到房間，後來晚上還貼心打電話問要不要宵夜花生湯，天吶、各種神仙貼心問候操作，雖然飯店老了點，但是地理位置優越人文關懷備至，下次來還是會選擇泉州飯店，也會推薦給親朋好友入住的。後來第二天急着趕飛機忘記睡衣在房間、立即也是電話聯繫給寄回上海，這個酒店讓我對泉州都充滿了好感。
