Based on your comments, I understand the situation as follows: Due to the high occupancy rate the day before, the room was not in good condition when you checked in. We upgraded your room type for free at that time. Your deduction includes hourly fees and Wuyishan mineral water consumption. The hotel check-out time is 12 noon. I called you on the 9th to inquire about the renewal time and told you that it had already timed out and the overtime fee would start to be calculated at two o'clock at the latest. You said at that time that you needed to delay your check-out by one hour and three o'clock. You explained that the overtime fee is one hundred yuan per hour, and you agreed. You called from the room at around 15:37 and asked for two more barrels of Wuyishan mineral water to make tea. I once again explained to you that it has to be calculated according to the hourly rate and that Wuyishan mineral water is charged. I also confirmed with you whether it will be deducted from the deposit. You replied at that time that it can be deducted, how to calculate it, and the water will be sent to you first. After checking out in the afternoon, you called and had questions about the charges. I called you back at 18:35 that night to explain the deductions. After you understood it, you asked for the invoice and drove away.
