房東很熱情，細緻到位！
地理位置很棒，挨着西街、中山路，出行完美！
院落別緻，袖裡有乾坤！
小黃很可愛，肥瘦適中，動靜皆宜，愛搭不理卻有欲拒還迎！
自己定的房間有點小，設備都挺好，就是洗澡熱水有限，對於洗的慢的人挑戰很大😀

一家三口連住了三晚，非常滿意。很有特色的民宿，由清代民居改造。我們住的兩間房加一個院子的套間，小朋友單獨有一個房間很開心。基本設施在民宿裏算蠻不錯的，洗澡水夠熱，空調也可以制熱。天窗的設計是一個亮點，白天屋裡光線也很充足。有些評論提到的噪音問題我們倒沒覺得，白天屋外的動靜確實能聽見，但是晚上還算安靜不影響睡眠。老闆家的小貓可愛又温順，增加了入住的樂趣😄。

民宿位置相當好，離西街，中山北路都相當近，是有韻味的老房子，可以在裏面拍拍照，在小巷子裏雖然離熱鬧的西街那麼近也是鬧中取靜，強推

和朋友來泉州遊玩，選擇這家民宿，地理位置非常佳，出門就有小白車，去哪都方便，房間乾淨衞生，提供一次性毛巾浴巾，老闆非常熱情，第一天到達幫拿行李和購買好吃的竽泥餅請我們吃，並熱情介紹周圍最吃飯的小吃店和周圍景點，老闆父親每天招呼我們喝茶，民宿非常漂亮，下次有機會還會再次光顧。

在剛剛離開的路上寫下了這個評論。
第一次離開民宿，就和離開家一樣，心裏有點難過和不捨。
老闆叔叔真的很好很好，因為我要買當地特產，昨晚感冒了還帶我去泉州晚上兜風，帶我買了茶葉、香煙、蜜餞，帶我看了晚上的泉州。今早又帶我去了市舶司遺址。
這是一座古建築，都是叔叔自己修的，這才能使得古建築用於住人。店裡還有一衹非常可愛的貓貓，叫湯圓，還有一衹大烏龜和很多小烏龜。
民宿的地理位置非常優越！真的非常優越！這兩天我每天出去玩兒，都還能回來睡午覺，就是這麼近！至於説的隔音問題，確實不能完全沒聲音，但我屬於睡眠淺的人，真的一點都沒影響。而且裏面一次性用品真的很好，床也衞生乾淨。整體設計和佈局非常合理。
住在泉州的小巷子裏，真的是難得的，近距離體驗這個地方的風土人情的絕好方式。每次回去，叔叔都會請喝茶，和我聊一聊今天見到了什麼，玩了什麼，真的很開心了！
我想，我一定會再來泉州的，一定會再來這裏住！希望叔叔身體健康，萬事如意！希望小院兒越來越好！也希望你們一起來南京玩兒！

地段很好，離西街和開元寺挺近的。但是在步行街往裡進的小巷裡，車到不了，行李多不好拿的要慎重一下。院子漂亮，適合拍照。老闆熱情，有問題都能及時解決。住在館驛，有個小院子，晚上在院子裏坐坐挺舒服的；整體房間偏小，一樓很潮，衞生間也擠巴巴的，二樓站着的時候會明顯感到熱氣（因為空調冷氣上不去），不過躺下就還好，不影響睡覺。老房子的弊端和優點都很明顯，自己權衡吧。
