I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip while looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations, offering both comfort and convenience.
Pros:

- Room with two double beds was spacious and perfect for four adults.
- 24-hour reception for assistance at any time.
- Convenient access to public transport, with a bus stop (Bus 1) about an 8-minute walk away.

It is far from the center, not suitable for people without a car. It is on a mountain and takes about 15 minutes to drive to the center. The view outside the window is beautiful! It is very quiet. There is a swimming pool and two small hot spring pools. It is very good! The hotel is clean and the bed is big. The room is also big. The elevator is old and bumpy. The service is average.

This is a very bad hotel. The bed sheets were very dirty and we had to wait until the next day to change them. The soundproofing was also very poor. The worst thing was that the water from the tap was very dirty. I don't know how a hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night could be so bad. And they didn't give us any compensation afterwards. They twisted the facts and said that upgrading the room type was compensation (it wasn't. We were upgraded when we checked in. I guess it was because the room was not full).
