Amazing stay! Room is spacious and the location is prime. 10 mins walk to the city centre. The pillow and bed is so big and soft 😍 great snowcapped mountains views from our hotel room (see pics).

Initially thought the hotel has no carpark, but in the end it offers own carpark at $14NZD per night. Value for money.

Very nice hotel in a great location in central Queenstown. Hotel rooms were spacious, nicely decorated with very nice bathrooms. Limited parking at the hotel is the only negative which requires searching for free parking on the streets around if available. Would stay again happily.

Great location, easy to get to the town centre. One part of the hotel is being redecorated, but it doesn't affect the stay experience at all. The room I stayed in this time was supposed to have been renovated recently, and the overall feeling was very comfortable.

In general the hotel was fantastic, we used the spa and sauna, which were both great!! It is also only about 300m to town centre. Our only complaint was the manager, Andrew, we felt he was a bit rude. My partner and I were in a really good mood, but he managed to bring it down a bit with an inability to be helpful.

Don't choose to stay in this hotel, because I was wronged by them and they deducted money from me privately. Fortunately, Ctrip has been helping me, otherwise I can't communicate because of the language barrier. Although it would be better to deduct money, I want to say that the hygiene problem is very serious. There is still dirt in the bathtub. You have a better choice and can choose a hotel with better service attitude.
