Rooms are new. Which was overall well maintained and it was specious as well. Staff need to be bit trained. Overall it was value for money.

There is nothing international about the hotel except clocks at reception showing time of different countries. Linens in all the rooms showed to me were dirty, had spots, hair on them as if they are not cleaned regularly. Cockroach and cigarette stub found in the room. Telephone in the room wasn’t working. Mobile number provided was not answered. Correct wi-fi pw was not provided despite requesting several times. Failed to provide me the food menu at room despite request. Entire hotel has this damp smell and smell of liquor. Only good thing was that they accommodated my request for the room change and linen change.

The bed sheet was not clean even it was used one, hair cut and drops were found in the room the ac was not at all working

Bad experience in breakfast. And hotel room is in 3rd floor. Last day phone not working in reception. At night ac is not working.
