I like the place and hotel ,,, Hotel is nice , néw , clean but service zero except one housekeeping guy and receptionist (MSPhilippine ) sorry forgot the name are good . In side room bed lamp was not working, hair dryer was not working, ac power supply was not there when I checked in ,after requesting Hk guys turn it on ,, TV sensor not working, if u sleep on bed wants operate remote it’s difficult bcz there pink color they put on on tv screen bcz of that it’s not easy to operate , two bed but there was one cushion one bed , it was double occupancy but only one one set was available bath room supply and there was no tea coffee supply after asking they provided,, bed lamp so close to the bed , if you move your hand it will hurt you, it need to little far from bed not so close ,, Maintain team need to check before release the room for the guest since it’s a new hotel for your reputation they must go through the details and release the rooms . Management team need to be more proactive towards guest service.

It is not preferred to stay overnight or spend mon It was a failed experience. The hotel does not deserve to be included in the Hotel ******* group of hotels. The inconvenience all night because of the disco. The room is not clean and smells bad. The room furniture is not suitable. There is no water heater for making coffee. Exaggerated and finally no towels, no pocket fence and soap in the bathroom

I use to travel to Dubai often but the pandemic put a break on it! But last weekend i was back in the city Rasal Khamaih Dubai and stay at my favorite hotel - Camphor Hotel, I was amazed by their hospitality - they ensured a smooth and pleasant experience once again! They have out standing staff who looked after us well. I must mention the Front Office staff - Mr Suraj, i were outstanding every day! It is nothing new for this hotel but to see the same level of professionalism and affection was unparallel vs some of the places i stayed recently. For me the stay is all about the warmth and affection you get and Camphor Hotel Rasal Khamaih, has the best team, Specially i will count to Mr Suraj Jha,. The only thing, The Club and massage center was awesome, i understand the enthusiasm! :) Camphor Hotel Rasal Khamaih- i am looking Forward to be with you all soon. thank you again!

I stayed in room number two 106 and my stay was fabulous amazing stay and specially thanks to Mr Suraj for his excellent Hospitality and efforts I will recommend this hotel for Couples Solo and For Business Visit as well if any one planning to come must Choose Camphor Hotel For Luxury Services Thanks and will Visit Again
