nice place to stay . Surrounding is quite and can have a nice sleep.

Hotel is good and efficient

Really amazing hotel and great service

The hotel is very quiet, even though it is close to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, everything is a bit dated. But we felt comfortable. Breakfast was included in the hotel price and a great buffet awaited us in the morning, very good attentive service for coffee, etc. The rolls were actually crispy. We would gladly go back!

The environment is average and convenient for travel!

The room was big and clean. But there was no air conditioning. It was very hot during the day, but it was cooler at night. It's hard to imagine that there are still hotels without air conditioning in 2023.

It is located in the middle of the airport exhibition hall. Breakfast was delicious and ok except that the wifi was a bit weak. However, the key is a key key haha.

The location is a bit remote.

Not bad, old, but hygienic

Nice hotel, very clean and a pleasant location, breakfast was also varied and tasty, very friendly staff, would recommend and would check in there again From the airport, which is in the immediate vicinity and don't notice the planes much. Our room was clean with a bath/shower Unfortunately I forgot to take photos.

Myself and 5 other friends stayed here for 5 nights.One of the reasons we picked this hotel was due to its pool/sauna/gym facilities. We were puzzled as we were informed by hotel staff that all of these facilities were closed bar the gym which had limited equipment (1 treadmill). We were extremely dissatisfied with this as it is false advertisement. That being said staff who worked on the bar were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were tidy, comfortable and a good size. Despite the hotel not being too central to the city centre the local train station provides good travel links too and from.

Stayed here for 1 night only on business and that was enough. Room was really basic, a double bed with a blanket for only one and only one very thin pillow (asked for another one). A small desk with a tiny old tv (only German) and a bathroom with no atmosphere whatsoever. No aircon. On-site restaurant and breakfast were fine. I’m going to find another place next time.

We were forced to stay in Ratingen and therefore had no expectations. Sincerely; beautiful hotel, 5 minutes walk from the city center, very comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was extensive, something for everyone. I would like to thank all staff once again for our pleasant stay.
