The Great Rayong Hotel Reviews

Hotel is old but has its charm. Rooms are very basic, furniture is cheap and deteriorated. Rooms were clean enough.  Hotel is in the process of room by room renovation. We were on the third floor( no elevator), saw a second floor room that had been renovated. Better but still basic.  The crown moldings throughout and lobby furnishings show it was ‘great ’ in the day.  Breakfast was limited. Pluses were great A/C , hot water on demand and great wifi.  The 2 hotel dogs and three cats were friendly but not intrusive. Except for the cat that tried to take over my towel on the pool lounger🤣. It was charming enough to make me think about coming back and staying for a day or two  The pool area was lovely but the pool circulation only kept the deep end clean. Some cleaning of the tile sides would make a huge difference .When I asked about pool towels was told ‘ only two towels per room’, so no extra towels available for the pool. We were there during mid week at the end of October. Definitely a lack of restaurants and any nightlife. The hotel is a block away from a gorgeous beach. Be prepared for a walk thru beachside pine needles and low growing plants to get to the golden sand and clear water.

Great place to stay, 650 bar with breakfast can’t get much better, reception has microwaves hot water friendly staff thanks for a lovely stay,

Everything in the hotel is to old. If you want a low budget hotel then you are at the good place here.No elevator available. If you complain about leaking the say we will take care of it but the don't do.We did check out earlier to go somewhere else.

The location is great. Only a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable.

The photo is not updated. There's no lift, breakfast food is the same everyday. Rice porridge. They should have included rice or friedrice since they have eggs and sausage. For the promo price it is reasonable.

The hotel is quite old but very clean. There is a lot of sea view. Breakfast has a choice between fried rice and fried eggs. The fried rice tastes very good. There is also orange juice, milk, and a little bit of bread. The price is very good.

I like having fun and being near the sea.

Impressive, the swimming pool is not far from the sea, the sea is very beautiful. There is food provided in the morning.

Location is a short walk to the sea. The room is big, spacious, clean, the mattress is 3 feet, the bed sheets should be changed. Breakfast ok ABF shrimp porridge buffet, complete fruit juice available. The price is considered economical.

Accommodation very close to the sea Can walk right away and the location is very good, easy to find things to eat, near 7-Eleven, very good service staff. Speak very politely The place may be a bit old. according to accommodation price But there is breakfast provided. Breakfast doesn't have much to choose from, but it's delicious. The materials make the room look old but clean. The accommodation doesn't have a key card. Easy to get in and out But safety may need to be careful, but it's usually fine. There's plenty of parking. The exterior isn't soundproof. There is the sound of the door closing. Other rooms may also have some noise. But not much

The hotel is a bit old. There is no hair dryer. The room smells musty. The air conditioner is loud. Bathroom amenities include soap and shower gel.

The accommodation is by the sea. Drive out of the alley a bit and you will find many restaurants. There is a small pool that you can swim in. But the room is like a resort. There is a bit of dust. But the service is good. The price includes breakfast. It is okay. It is okay to sleep.

It is a reasonable priced hotel_near the beach_ But the child who went with him was afraid of the dog that was guarding the walkway.

Clean hotel, good service. The staff are very nice, the breakfast is delicious, but the bathroom door can't be locked. If I go to Rayong again, I will use the service again.
