A tenant next door banged and make noise all night. I contacted the front desk, and they were supposed to check on it. The noise continued after the call and through the night. Upon checking out I informed the clerk about the issue, and she appear to be unconcerned. The Wi-Fi access code did not work and there was a leak under the sink.

Great customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay.

AC and Bathroom light didn’t work. Not enough towels. Bugs everywhere and couldn’t find the TV remote when I asked the lady in front had an attitude.

Better than red lion by service and cleanliness. I have previously rented here and given a dirty room, when changed to a "clean" room (which was better) the sink was clogged and flooded!

A lot of noise and customers come in and out after midnight. Hard to get to get a good night sleep.

Room had a very strong dirty smell. Unhoused people within the premises sitting on the parking lot smoking.

People are very friendly and nice and kind.. I was having a bad day ! Ones I got to front desk!! Everything changed..

Room smells cigarettes… I got really sick from that! Allergies! People room upstairs noises! I had to leave at 2 am had no other room to transfer! Messed my night! I could not find st this time another hotel to go! And!!! I had to sleep in my car! It was not pleasant!

I had to purchase the used of a microwave and refrigerator. Suggestion; you should charge a refundable deposit like other facilities. Thank you!

The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful, I made the mistake of taking a smoking room, other than that it was exactly what I needed. A nice break from my travel to sleep and recharge, at only 67 dollars. Really affordable, super convenient.

No towels, only hand towels. Bathroom would flood every time it was used.

Being next to the highway didn't help the road noise level.

Everything was great but the bed, it was very noisy, I was afraid to move, didn’t want to wake up my hubby. Mattress/bed should be replaced once they have been used for 3 years or more

Typical mid grade Motel 6. It was clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful. I changed my plans and arrived about 1/2 hour before check in time. She said that was fine, I could check in and she found me a room where I could park my motorcycle in front of my room in a quiet and safe place.
