A tenant next door banged and make noise all night. I contacted the front desk, and they were supposed to check on it. The noise continued after the call and through the night. Upon checking out I informed the clerk about the issue, and she appear to be unconcerned. The Wi-Fi access code did not work and there was a leak under the sink.

Great customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay.

AC and Bathroom light didn’t work. Not enough towels. Bugs everywhere and couldn’t find the TV remote when I asked the lady in front had an attitude.

Better than red lion by service and cleanliness. I have previously rented here and given a dirty room, when changed to a "clean" room (which was better) the sink was clogged and flooded!

Omg was sooo musky and dirty I didn’t take my shoes off and slept in my clothes the bedding was clean — till a spider fell on me lol I could feel right felt so dirty The front desk was extremely nice and sweet the pool no one there no chairs to sit out either

My hotel of choice in Redding. The manager Janelle, Owner Jaz, and Night Audit Mindy were fantastic customer service ambassadors. I felt safe and comfortable. I was traveling with my family and I always know I can count on this Motel 6 to be clean.

We checked in 1 hour after it said when we could check in. They didn't have a room. But they said they had a smoking room.ok I'll just take it.not a big deal. We got into the room.had a weird smell.yes, it's a smoking room.so I let it go.went into the bathroom,the corners are full of dirt.sat on the bed.i can see under the other bed.it looked like a ball of hair and crumbs and lots of dust.the walls are dirty, cob webs in all the corners. Called to the front and I felt like it was an inconvenience for someone to sweep the room. Would not come back. Really dirty. The last picture of the towel was 2 swipes under the bed about a half of foot under
