We stayed here the night before flying out of the Richmond airport. Perfect for our family of 5 with 2 doubles and a pull out sofa. We chose this over one of the “airport hotels” due to the positive reviews and our preference for marriott. We self parked at the attached parking garage ($8 for the night). Front desk was very helpful at check in and friendly with our children. Lobby looked nice, although we didn’t spend any time there or eat in the hotel restaurant. Room was neat and clean. Drive to the airport was 12 minutes (around 5am) and very easy. Would definitely recommend this for accommodations prior to a flight - we also look forward to staying here in the future when we explore Richmond.

Was given a free upgrade and access to M Club lounge. The lounge was fantastic, nice clean sofas and tables with little private corners to do a little work. Anna, one of the employees was really helpful and she made sure our time at the lounge was the most comfortable, attending to our every need. Special mention goes to Anthony at the front desk who made us feel very welcome the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. He made sure we were comfortably settled in and gave us directions for everything we asked. From changing coins for us when we needed to do laundry, to parking of the rental car, he was most helpful in addressing our needs. We even received a surprise snack from him at our room. Thank you Anthony! This was one of the most comfortable stays where the staff treat you like royalty. Will stay here again.

The hotel service was tip top and they gave us an upgrade and M lounge access when we provided feedback that the room floor was wet. People were very helpful and friendly! We were greeted by the very friendly greets and service from Anthony, Anna who was great! I love their energy especially to Anna who doesn’t look her age with the vibrancy and suggestions she gives. Thank you and would love to return to stay at this hotel when I am at Richmond.

Cozy room (1116) great service. While m club was disappointing with no evening service Friday and Saturday - Anna was stellar on Sunday morning breakfast. She welcomed us - wished my husband a happy Father’s Day- and was amazing in her professional engagement and hospitality.

Anna in the M Club makes this place worth it just by being here!! The service and energy she brings is just phenomenal. The whole staff team has positive, uplifting energy that makes you feel welcome from check in to check out. I intentionally schedule myself to be able to stay in this hotel when visiting Richmond for the people here.

Our recent stay at the hotel was very pleasant for a number of reasons including clean and efficient rooms, helpful staff and a great M Lounge. Anna in the Lounge was absolutely fabulous. Great service, happy and positive personality and very helpful. Thanks Anna.
