"The location is in the old town, there are few types of breakfast, but there are many necessary. Staff service is average. If you choose the price/performance ratio, you can choose this one to meet basic needs. If the budget is higher, you can choose a better hotel."
"Clean rooms, friendly front desk service. Restaurant and bar are closed but it’s right across the street from the tobacco factory and it’s food and environment are amazing! Great location and safe area to walk the streets too! We will be back for sure!"
"The service, room and amenities were fantastic. I attended a conference at the Westin only minutes away Much better value and great room! Highly recommend"
"The hotel facilities are average and the location is not bad. At 200 dollars per night, the price/performance ratio is very poor. This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy."

"On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options. It is also a lovely historic property full of character. On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up. Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it."
"After rushing for one night, it is difficult to give a sufficient and reasonable evaluation. The location of the hotel is in the city, there are still a lot of places to eat around, there are not many places to visit. The hotel itself is ok."
"The hotel was nice and the front staff were very attentive. The second day we were there we left for a funeral at 12:00 noon and asked the front desk to please have our room cleaned and fresh towels. We got back to the room at 11:00 PM and no service."
"A suite with a living room, perfect for a family or friends trip. 7-11 nearby, the state capitol building across the street, a very historic hotel"
