Room was disgusting cigarette butts bottles of liquor left behind
Fire alarm was gone ripped off the wall bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Sheets were stained and had graffiti on them. Fridge sounded like a stock car idling. Bath tub faucet wouldn’t shut off.
When we went out our room key wouldn’t let us back in our room.
The manager gave us new key cards and tried opening the door only to find the safety latch had engaged when we shut the door. It took maintenance 15 minutes to get into our room. The manager refused to give us a different room. I couldn’t sleep in that room so at 1 am we went to the office and demanded a different room. Luckily the night manager had just started his shift he let us inspect another room before moving to it. It was barely acceptable but at 1am we couldn’t go to another hotel. So we stayed uncontrollably
We highly not recommend this establishment stay anywhere else
