I booked an upgraded executive room with an ocean view, but my window faces a neighboring building. The staff told me, 'If you can see the ocean, then it's an ocean view.' The service is incredibly slow. I arrived and waited over 20 minutes in line, even though there was only one person ahead of me. They ask you to fill out all your details by scanning a QR code during check-in, which I don't understand since I already entered all the necessary information when I booked through Trip.com. They claim to be a 5-star hotel, but they don't even provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes.

Great hotel! Honestly don’t have a single complaint. I have been travelling for months now and this was by far the cleanest hotel we stayed at with the best service and amenities (despite having stayed at more expensive ones). Really nice and helpful staff and very good and flexible room service. On top of it all the views are crazy. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants. To improve the experience it would have been nice if they provided things like toothbrushes, tooth paste, etc which I’ve received at other hotels but those are extras that definitely don’t affect the rating or experience.

Not as clean as hotels of the same price back home. Toiletries like toothbrushes aren't provided. The upside is the great surrounding environment and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful hotel, room, location… only the breakfast leaves something to be desired, there aren't many options! It's better to eat at a bakery.

We had booked a room with a sea view, and while we understand there's a building across the street, they assigned us a room with a city view. Only after we mentioned it did they change our room. The hotel has a very good breakfast and a good location, but unfortunately, they don't offer or provide an early breakfast for those of us who leave the hotel before breakfast starts. Furthermore, they wanted to charge us for a phone charger adapter, which they don't provide. Considering the category of our room, they could offer some amenities, especially since we were there to celebrate our birthdays.

I stayed at the hotel with my baby and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and everything far exceeded our expectations as a family. I especially want to highlight the warmth and kindness of all the staff, who even held a package I had forgotten for me—a gesture that demonstrates the care and attention they put into their work. We felt right at home and will definitely be back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!
