Our Stay at The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace was superb. Everything from our rooms , food at the Restaurant, vibe at the cafe, and the service provided by the staff was awesome. This hotel has stunning views of River Ganga and has a very clean Ghat that one can use for Dip in Ganga or walk by the river. Our Server Soni provided us excellent service and served us food with a happy and smiling face. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rishikesh.

Very nice hospitality. Amazing staff specially Aarti and Soni in the restaurant. Very neat and tidy. Good food. Completely satisfied. All the people are very courteous. In the laps of Mother Ganges. Very beautiful view. Specially the restaurant is very good and even the rooms are brilliant.

Lovely rooms with a beautiful view. Staff was very courteous as well. Highly recommend. Very accessible place and autos are easily available.Breakfast do order parathas . And soup was delicious. Otherwise more than average food. Thanks

Great experience with the family, all were superb from staffs to food and wow views with complimentary ganga artee...highly recommended. The views from the suites and river facing rooms are blessful. Truly divine experience and a must place to stay for a warm and safe experience in Rishikesh

The hotel is situated right on ganga ghat and is away from the general crowd. Ram jhula is just 500 meters. Room service and cleanliness are good as well.

The location is good. But the property was not close to hygiene standards as well as staff profesaionalism compared to yogi niketan. The rating does not justify the price. Also while check out there was no one at reception to take care for 10 to 15 mins. Then they charged us 2000 just for extra bedding for nanny which was uninformed at check in. Max amt expected was 1000. I asked them to be genuine about it but the staff was very rude.
