Everything was wonderful, including cleanliness and good reception. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the massage service was more than wonderful.

Among the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Saudi Arabia, this one is generally cost-effective. The attitude of the hotel service staff is quite good. I feel that Saudi Arabia has hired many foreigners to serve them. In the hotel, I saw employees wiping the railings and floors bit by bit with rags.

I visited the buffet on a personal visit which was amazing however, I attempted to book a corporate event and had to call 8 times without any help and no answer to my emails. This was the hardest place in Riyadh to book a corporate event with. If you are going for an personal event I would recommend it but avoid trying to book a corporate event.

The Narcisus Hotel in Riyadh exceeded expectations! Fantastic food, plush beds, and luxurious amenities. The spa was divine, despite separate access for women and men-only pools due to cultural norms. Breakfasts were delightful. However, the conference faced minor disruptions due to electricity issues.

Very nice place I stayed here for one night as a stop over to watch a show at the for me and my little boy. The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious, the room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Everything you could want or need in this hotel was there. The location is a 2 min walk from the mall , very close proximity to the Uber / Bus service . They have adults and a child menu which runs for 24 hours, which I liked not many big-name hotels like this cater for kids.

Luxurious hotel, very nice staff, and great breakfast and dinner. I liked the business lounge, it was very functional. The room was super and very large with classic lovely decorations. We liked the booth of the Saudi coffee and dates. Overall it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Great friendly service, well-appointed room. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Sumptuous breakfast selection. Had the buffet dinner there too - great selection of kebab meats. On the day I checked out, I needed to work during the day - I kept my bags with the concierge after checking out and when I returned to the hotel later, they let me change my clothes in the spa area. Thank you!

That was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in the last 25 years, I was injuried at the Hotel Sauna facility (Burn by hot vapor- First degree burn(, what disappointed me is the reaction from the Sauna staff and the hotel manager on May-12-2023 as they just were ignoring my injury and the manager told me (I don't see anything wrong on your leg) which forced me to raise a complaint at Ministry of tourism (Visit Saudi) complaint number VC-CC-151815-140523)

Fantastic stay. It helps that my standard room booking was upgraded to a Superior Suite - the kind receptionist offered it whilst I was checking in. Wow, absolutely stunning. I did not use many of the facilities during the stay, but the room and hotel entrances were always immaculate and the staff were very friendly. Will certainly use this hotel again for future stays in Riyadh.

Compared to other 5 stars hotels, which offer approximately similar (very good) services to their clients this one is soecial for its decoration style and for its perfect services offered by a very good trained, kind and attentive staff. Very clean, good location, very good limousine service for airport transfer. For those who want to be spoiled, this is perfect choice in Riyadh.

It’s a very elegant hotel, I was feeling like a queen there, it was during the Ramadan time, so I needed to take my breakfast to my room but really, the service, the quality…amazing! Only one negative point for me but that I know I have to respect: the swimming pool is only for men!
