Four Points Hotels in Rizhao

Hands down, the worst Sheraton ever! The bedside lamp controls in the room were broken, so I had to trek all the way to the master switch by the door to turn off the lights. There was always only one person at the front desk, constantly busy with their computer, and when I asked for anything, the answer was always 'no,' without even bothering to look up. But the worst part was breakfast. Most hotels serve until 10 AM, but this one stops at 9:30 AM. Plus, there was hardly anything to eat—just sausages and bacon. No meat dishes or stir-fries, not even corn. So disappointed, I'll never stay here again!

Our trip to Rizhao this time, staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in the Central Business District, truly exceeded our expectations! I have to give them a big shout-out. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Luckin Coffee and McDonald's, and there's an outlet mall nearby, making it super easy to get around and go shopping. The front desk was very efficient with check-in. A special commendation to the young lady who checked me in – she was warm, polite, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the self-service laundry room with a dryer – it's a real lifesaver! My family was very satisfied. We checked out today to stay at Senbo, and the difference is huge. Next time I come to Rizhao, I will definitely choose to stay here again!
