The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The front desk even proactively offered a complimentary upgrade to a Milk Dragon-themed room and free stroller service, which my child absolutely loved! There are also plenty of diverse dining options downstairs, all within walking distance, and it's close to many attractions, making it very convenient. I'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time I'm in town!

Terrible experience.
1. From 1 AM to 2 AM, there was drilling upstairs, likely renovation work. I was repeatedly woken up and slept terribly (I'm usually a heavy sleeper, so the noise was extreme).
2. The air conditioner, as shown in picture one, is very old and makes a clunking noise when turned on. Luckily, it's winter, so I didn't need to use it.
3. There's only a bathtub for showering. You have to climb into it to shower. It's easy for short people to slip when climbing in, and tall people will hit their heads on the ceiling if they stand in it.
Pros: Good location, with a view of the 'Three-piece Suit' (likely referring to a landmark or building cluster) outside the window.

The room was cozy and smelled pleasant. The huge window offered a great view of the entire Daning commercial district, and the environment was quite serene. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the furnishings were a bit old, they were spotlessly clean. The only minor issue was an occasional odor from the toilet drain, which could ideally be flushed with disinfectant.

This hotel was great! We stayed here for a night after spending a full day at Legoland with the kids, then headed to Fengjing Ancient Town the next day. The room's air conditioning was very comfortable – not too hot and dry in the dead of winter, nor was it not warm enough. There's also a lawn, which was perfect for taking the kids for a stroll in the morning. We even got a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and seeing the sunrise from the balcony was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was also good. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you're planning a two-day, one-night trip to Shanghai including Legoland and Fengjing, this is an excellent choice for accommodation. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to Legoland, but we didn't use it as we went straight to the park in the morning and checked in afterwards.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Disneyland. It's a quick walk from the subway station, and even though the surroundings are a bit sparse, all basic needs are met. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and tidy. They even left a welcome card, fruit, and drinks in advance, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. In addition to opening the window for ventilation, the waiter also helped to bring an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK
Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food.
I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

I've stayed here many times. It's in an excellent location, right across from Hong Kong. Transportation is very convenient, being close to both Huanggang Port and Futian Port, which makes getting around easy. The hotel breakfast is great, and the room facilities are excellent. Overall, it's a very good experience.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient transport links, an abundance of great food options nearby, and fantastic shopping. The moment I stepped into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she thoughtfully shared some recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, featuring a high-quality King Koil mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the soundproofing; the room was incredibly quiet, with no disturbance from outside.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and diverse, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were diligent in replenishing food, making for a very pleasant dining experience.

Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym. Any requests I had were promptly addressed by the front desk staff.

Overall, my stay here was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! 😘

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel! Huge thanks to Ctrip's honest reviews – they really helped me avoid a bad experience. The hotel's location near Phoenix City subway station is a huge plus, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the Wanda commercial area, making it incredibly convenient and great value for business trips. The room had excellent soundproofing and a wide-open view from the window. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Customer service was prompt and responsive. My good mood for the trip started right from booking!

My husband and I chose to visit Kunming for Chinese New Year in 2026. We usually prefer newly opened hotels in the city center, and the Four Points by Sheraton perfectly fit our 'preference.' (We stayed for five days and four nights, from the first to the fifth day of the ***** New Year.) The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable; you can see the bustling city below right from your bed. It's very close to the old town and the 'Golden Horse and Jade Rooster' archways, and there's a shopping mall and various snack stalls right downstairs. The staff at the hotel lobby and the service staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even had some 'Chinese New Year mini-games.' The breakfast was also very diverse and delicious. Our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Four Points by Sheraton again on our next trip to Kunming.

Check-in was quick. The parking lot was a bit tight, but manageable. The breakfast offered a great selection of Yunnan specialties, and the flower cakes and rice noodles were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent – close to the city center but without the heavy traffic, which is perfect for self-driving travelers. Even on holidays, the prices weren't outrageous, so it's good value for money.

Fantastic hotel location, with efficient and hassle-free complimentary airport transfers! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing excellent. Staff member CC was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant with authentic Yunnan specialties. The garden view was elegant. A perfect stay for a layover, highly recommended!
