My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing was fantastic! I absolutely have to give it a great review! The hotel's location is super convenient, right in Jiefangbei, offering amazing views from Chongqing's prime spot – the night views of Yuzhong are absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good too, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special shout-out to the front desk service; check-in was efficient and warm, and they even proactively offered tips on local attractions and dining. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the Chongqing noodles were authentic and delicious. Downstairs, there's a snack street which is perfect for a stroll or an evening jog, and Hongyadong is also very close by. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the service was prompt and responsive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chongqing and highly recommend it to any friends visiting!

Came back late last night and the lobby lights were off, but the front desk staff saw we wanted to play billiards and specially turned on the lights for us for a bit, thank you! We had a great stay for two days. The room curtains block out light really well, and even with just the bathroom light on, it's not pitch black. The floor mat is super long and can cover the entire bathroom floor. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Chongqing, haha, Jiulongpo is so much fun! 🤓🤓

Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel. I chose it because I needed to return my rental car at Chongqing North Railway Station and then catch the high-speed train. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My only slight complaint was that after registering my car number, I only had 15 minutes to exit the parking garage. Waiting for the elevator, loading the car, and then finding the exit felt a bit rushed in 15 minutes.

Environment: The room had a great view from the 12th floor, overlooking city landmarks.

Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy, and the bedding smelled lovely.

Service: Sherry at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming during check-in. She proactively gave my son a balloon and helped us with the elevator. She also offered us buckwheat pillows and toothbrushes for children without us even asking.

The new hotel is very clean and tidy overall, with brand new facilities. The room is spacious and bright, making for a pleasant stay. Anne at the front desk provided excellent service. 👍

The handsome guy at the front desk was very good on the night of the stay. I learned that my finger was clamped by the door and immediately provided me with a pack of ice packs, thank you. The hotel is newly opened, all facilities are comprehensive, the details are in place, clean and tidy, not to mention. The breakfast is rich and rich, Western-style Chinese, and the variety is complete.

The room was very nice, clean and tidy. Parking was ample, and the hotel location was good. The service was especially excellent, with a wide variety of breakfast options, and the noodles were particularly delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in a large commercial area with many popular bubble tea shops, KFC, and McDonald's. There's even a Shaxian Snacks right across the street, so food and drinks are never an issue! It's about a 15-minute taxi ride to Disneyland, and getting a driver is always quick. The hotel itself has a great overall style, a kind of light retro vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom area is quite large too. They even offer free stroller rentals with locks, and gave us Mickey headbands, which was a lovely touch. The service is really good! Breakfast is also impressive, with hot dishes like rattan pepper fish slices and black pepper beef cubes. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Excellent location: hundreds of stores, restaurants, cafes, international fast food restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shops etc. within 2 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes walking distance to Shanghai Circus and ERA acrobatic performance theatre, 5 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations along Line 1. Nice room with comfortable bed, safe box, iron and ironing board, a hotel spa, etc. Nice breakfast with some minor deficits (no butter, no jam, the marmelads taste strangely, the pineapple juice does not taste pineapple, the coffee options Americano and Latte do not taste Americano and Latte). Fast check-in but slow checkout probably because I handed over a list of items I had taken from the minibar and to give me receipt prolonged the checkout. However, these were minor issues and should not impact the rating.

The Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is in an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended.

Environment: Quiet and comfortable. I've been coming to Disneyland for years and always choose this hotel. No need for a shuttle – it's about 500 meters to the metro station, just two stops away, which is incredibly convenient. It's perfect for a relaxed and comfortable multi-day Disneyland trip.
Service: Very warm and attentive, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast.
The hotel complex also has several chain coffee shops, so you have plenty of options even if you don't choose the hotel breakfast.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its artistic design. The entire space is modern and grand, subtly embodying the 'City of Light' theme, with lighting and decor cleverly combined to create an atmosphere that's both luxurious and comfortable.

The dark circular sculpture in the center of the lobby, paired with the blue crystal chandelier above, creates a striking focal point. Geometric patterned floor tiles give a sense of expansiveness, while the columns on either side and the dark background wall exude a serene elegance. The wall decorations are truly exceptional: whether it's the blue and white painting flowing like waves or the three-dimensional artwork composed of countless cup-shaped units, they all showcase the hotel's meticulous attention to detail and exquisite taste.

In the hallway, the warm orange walls and lighting create a welcoming transition. A ship-shaped sculpture at the corner, resting on a marble floor, injects a dynamic artistic touch into the space. Every arrangement, every painting, even the way the light is cast, has been meticulously designed, offering continuous delightful surprises whether you're standing still or walking through.

This stay wasn't just a rest; it was an immersive journey for the senses. The Sheraton tells a story through its spaces and conveys warmth through its details. It's highly recommended.

I chose the this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

I planned a trip during the Chinese New Year and compared several hotels before finally choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen. I was drawn to its location, and we arrived as scheduled on the fifth day of the New Year. Our group of six took a taxi from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport to the hotel, which took about half an hour. I guess there wasn't much traffic due to the holiday.

Upon arrival, I noticed it's in the Futian Free Trade Zone, and Futian District is Shenzhen's city center, close to Futian Port. The hotel has a fairly large footprint. The lobby has an old-money vibe, which is understandable as it's one of Shenzhen's older five-star hotels, so it's a bit dated. We booked one Deluxe King Room and two Select Twin Rooms. The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing. The Deluxe King Room was in the East Wing, and the Select Twin Rooms were in the West Wing. It's worth noting that the two buildings are quite far apart. You can access the East Wing directly from the lobby floor, but for the West Wing, you need to take an elevator up to the 5th floor, then navigate three corridors, walking for about a minute to reach the West Wing, and then use your key card to go up to your floor. It's a bit of a trek and not a direct elevator ride. I suspect the West Wing was added later.

The Deluxe Room was slightly smaller and only had a bathtub. The king bed was 1.83 meters, quite large. The Select Room, I believe, is an executive room; it was very spacious, probably around 30 square meters. The twin beds were 1.35 meters, which is good compared to the 1.2-meter beds in other hotels. The bedding was very comfortable and soft. The bathroom had a shower. Although the hardware is a bit old, the service is excellent. The soundproofing in this room is genuinely good; we stayed for four nights and didn't hear any noise. Especially the surroundings of the Select Room – it was high, spacious, and open, creating a very comfortable and un-claustrophobic environment. The cleanliness was also superb. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly; it definitely lives up to five-star service.

The breakfast was standard, meeting the hotel's expected quality. If you don't include breakfast, it's 88 RMB per person for the buffet.

Getting around is also very convenient. Taxis and subways are readily available, and there are plenty of shared bikes (Mobike, Ofo, etc.) nearby. We cycled around the city many times. In February, Shenzhen was already warm enough for short sleeves, making cycling very pleasant.

For those going to Hong Kong, you can reach Futian Port by shared bike in 3 minutes to take the subway to Hong Kong, or take a taxi for 10 minutes to Futian Station (Gate 12A) and take the high-speed rail for 14 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon. Crossing the border is also very quick now.

This trip to Shenzhen was a great experience, mainly because I slept so well due to the excellent soundproofing; there was no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen, which is why I'm leaving this review.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The environment is quiet and elegant, the rooms are spacious enough, and the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and both the front desk and room service are very attentive. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay, and it offers great value for money.

Just checked out and couldn't wait to leave a review! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds – I fell asleep instantly. The freshly cooked noodles for breakfast were incredibly fragrant, and the fruit was so fresh it was bursting with juice. The front desk staff were all smiles throughout, and even thoughtfully gave me a bottle of water when I checked out. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to the airport. All the service details were excellent! Amazing value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town~

The hotel's public areas are designed with great energy. The marble floors in the hallways are gleaming and reflective, and the greenery outside the windows, along with the building's reflection, creates a delightful and expansive view that's truly therapeutic. The basketball-themed murals on the walls are very unique. The overall atmosphere feels both premium and youthful, with clean and crisp details. The experience was absolutely fantastic!!

Visited the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bay with my family, and it received unanimous praise! The service was incredibly warm; the front desk staff, Levi, even offered to help us take photos and recommended great spots for pictures around the hotel. The lobby bar also provided complimentary snacks. The hygiene was impeccable; the room carpets were vacuumed clean with no debris, and the bathroom counter was spotless, without a single water stain. The hotel's facilities are perfect for photo ops – the 'Sky Mirror' view from the Cloud Lobby on the 22nd floor was stunning, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms offered amazing shots of the bay. There were also recreational facilities like foosball, which made our gathering with friends really fun. Both the facilities and environment are excellent, and the service is superb. Highly recommended!
