We stayed at this hotel for two days. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the Bund, Disney, and the airport. Our room was upgraded to a spacious and comfortable family room, which our child really enjoyed. I had previously requested a cake from the front desk for my daughter's birthday surprise, but unfortunately, it wasn't prepared, which was a bit disappointing. However, the front desk staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious, and it was very convenient to take the shuttle to Disney afterward. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

· Located at the edge of the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone in Pudong New Area, right next to Nanpu Bridge. The location is excellent for business travelers working in Lujiazui, Pudong Yaohan, and surrounding areas.
· Convenient subway access: Very close to Tangqiao Station on Metro Line 4, about a 3-5 minute walk. Line 4 is a circular line, making it easy to transfer to other lines. It's very convenient for reaching Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport/Railway Station, Jing'an Temple, People's Square, and more.

1.  **Excellent Location**: In the core area of Pudong, right next to Tangqiao Station on Metro Line 4, offering extremely convenient transportation.
2.  **Brand Assurance**: As a Marriott Group brand, it guarantees a basic standard of service and facilities.
3.  **Great Value for Money**: The price is relatively affordable compared to other hotels in similar locations.
4.  **Convenient Surroundings**: There are convenience stores, snack shops, and a mall nearby, making daily life very convenient.

The overall environment here is top-notch, located right in the heart of Daning International Business District, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient. The hardware facilities are secure and clean, which is the most reassuring aspect. More importantly, the soft services are excellent. They confirmed our arrival time in advance, and the check-in process was professional and warm. A simple glass of water offered during the brief wait added a touch of warmth. The room they reserved for us also had an unbeatable view, with the bright moon exceptionally prominent outside the window. Amidst the city lights, it gave a traveler a sense of home. This isn't my first stay, but each visit brings a new positive experience. Of course, the price is also very competitive. The breakfast is abundant, with a wide variety of buffet options to satisfy your needs for the day; everything you could want is there, and the staff are well-organized. The entire guidance process was very professional, truly making you feel right at home. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. I look forward to even better experiences in the future.

Overall, it's a decent option. There aren't many great hotels to choose from when visiting Legoland, and this one offers much better value for money compared to the Legoland Hotel. The facilities and breakfast were pretty standard. It's quite convenient to order takeout, and a robot delivers it right to your room. There's a shuttle bus service to and from Legoland; apparently, there are two morning departures to the park and one afternoon return trip. However, I don't think the timings are very well thought out. For instance, the return shuttle departs at 7 PM, which is the same time the park closes. I think they could stagger the times better. Also, I arrived at the hotel late that day, and when I tried to book the shuttle to Legoland for the next day, I was informed it was fully booked, so I couldn't reserve a spot.

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The shuttle service to Disney Resort was very convenient, and the subway station is only about a 3-minute bike ride away. Highly recommended for Disney visitors! However, the immediate area is quite remote with limited dining and entertainment options.

Overall it's OK. After all, the hotel is quite new. However, I'm not particularly satisfied with the service. I asked the front desk to send two bottles of water to the room. I asked three times in total, and it took more than half an hour to deliver. The front desk didn't seem to smile. I don't know if the parking lot is divided into underground garage and ground. The license plate number was registered at the front desk, but I don't know if it was because I parked in the underground garage, but I still paid when I came out. At least the front desk didn't ask me where I parked. In short, there is no problem with the hardware facilities. After all, the hotel is quite new. The service quality needs to be improved!

The Asian man being the counter at check in was not friendly at all. He also took a long time to check everyone in. There was a long line and only he was working. We were tired and when we went upstairs to our room, the key didn’t work. We had to go back downstairs and wait again, only for the man to tell us he gave us the wrong room number. 
On our last day, the fire alarm went off at 1am while we were sleeping. We called downstairs and no one answered. We evacuated the room only to find out it was a false alarm. There was no announcement. Just one person behind the desk telling people who asked him. The fire department shut down the elevators so we had to wait to go back to our rooms. We got very little sleep after that.

Service by front desk was great. Great location. 

There were three negative points:

1) Murky tap water (disgusting look) 
2) Empty body wash bottle (room service should do a proper job)
3) Bugs in bathroom (extremely disgusting)

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.

The room was great, typical Sheraton five-star quality – very clean and business-like. I was surprised it was so cheap at the time, but we only stayed one night. The subway station connects directly to the hotel basement, though this passage closes at night. If you have an early flight, it's better to use the outside entrance.

Every time I visit Seoul, I stay at this hotel. It's incredibly close to Myeongdong, just a 5-minute walk. Right downstairs, there's a subway entrance and an airport bus that goes directly to the hotel. It's super convenient for everything – dining, staying, and getting around. I often travel solo, so I'll grab some fried chicken from Myeongdong, pick up some coffee or beer from the CU convenience store downstairs at the hotel, and head back to my room to enjoy it.

The room was very noisy; I'm not sure why so many motorcycles were constantly making noise, even late into the night. On the bright side, transportation was convenient. Communication with the front desk was a bit challenging due to their limited English proficiency. (Helpful tip: take airport bus 6703!) They don't provide toiletries or complimentary water, but you can purchase water at the 7-Eleven located downstairs, right behind the hotel. The room itself was quite small, but thankfully, the bed I booked was a larger size.

Clean and comfortable room. There are many varieties of restaurants and eateries around. Amenities were a bit basic. I would stay here again if I were to stay in this area.
