The hotel has a very good location, far away from the city center, which makes it quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, warm, and consistently helpful.

Regarding the food, some dishes are changed daily. Due to the location, chicken and beef are the main options, but the overall taste is acceptable. The restaurants require reservations, and while the food quality is at a normal level, some of the dining concepts are quite interesting and add a unique touch to the experience.

I gave the hotel full marks overall, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement:
1️⃣ The breakfast pastries, especially the croissants and chocolate rolls, were not very well made and felt rather hard in texture.
2️⃣ Considering the price level of the hotel, I would have preferred fresh juices instead of boxed juices. Occasionally, fresh juice is available at the lobby bar, which is a great addition.
3️⃣ The drinks in the mini bar were not replenished during room cleaning (I only consumed two cans of Coke Zero). For a resort at this price point, this is something I believe should be improved.

Overall, this was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was satisfied in most aspects, and I did not experience any of the discrimination issues mentioned in previous reviews.

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.

Facilities: Excellent, there's even a Starbucks on the first floor. They also showed the World Cup in the lobby at night, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the mini-fridge was a bit old and could use an upgrade.

Cleanliness: Very clean.

Environment: Located during the World Cup, it's very close to Liberation Square and the Egyptian Museum of Archaeology, about a 30-minute walk.

Service: Very good.

I recommend to put the request to get a new renovation room, it’s will perfectly like the photo. The hotel located in the city center and right next to the Nile, there are KFC close by. I don’t recommend to try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel There actin chinese they don’t know how to do fried rice I guess turn out very bad. But the Italian was so good in my option. Trust me I am the Asian!
