I was initially in room 408, but the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room, even after running all night. Eventually, hotel staff discovered the AC was broken. That night, I was moved to either room 432 or 438, I can't quite remember. It was very late when I finally got back to my room. However, I got a late check-out the next day, so I managed to get some decent sleep, though the soundproofing was a bit poor that night. The breakfast arranged for me in the morning was quite good. I hope these issues will be addressed by my next visit.

The room is still very clean, the hotel is relatively new, friends also like the style of this store. It is close to the famous Lingbomen of Wuhan University, you can take a walk, the East Lake is beautiful! There is also a laundry room on the first floor of the hotel, providing laundry detergent, hanging ironing machine, and drying, which is very convenient. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby, you can taste coffee for free, and their coffee is freshly ground, quite fragrant, in short, it feels good to stay!

The room gets great natural light; the morning sun instantly brightens your mood. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, 24-hour hot water, and good quality toiletries. The facilities are comprehensive, and it's close to the subway, making travel very convenient – you can easily get anywhere you want to go. The front desk service is excellent; they greet you every time you come and go, and they're always happy to help with any request and answer all your questions. Highly recommend!

Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, the aunt is very careful, the room has a teapot, tea is also very convenient, the bathroom is also disinfected
Environment: Near the community, very quiet, no noise at night, the room projection is very big and cool
Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for me. I was very satisfied and I will come back next time.

When staying at a hotel, what I care about most is how clean the bathroom is. I'm really satisfied with this hotel; the toilet and sink were both very clean and tidy, and there were no strange smells. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, so you don't have to buy your own, which is a nice touch. I'll definitely book again next time! 👍🏻

The room was a bit small, but everything else was great. It was sufficient for a solo traveler and offered good value for money.
Facilities: Relatively new and well-equipped, with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Good location, convenient for getting around.
Service: Warm and polite, the front desk even greeted me with a ”Good morning”😊.

Everywhere you look, you will see an elegant space that is carefully crafted, and even breathing is full of comfort; from the smiling welcome at the front desk to the thoughtful room service, every detail hides gentle care, as if being held in the palm of your hand. In the restaurant, your tongue encounters local specialties and creative cuisine, and your taste buds revel in the feast; at night, the soft bedding and the quiet atmosphere gently embrace each other, and even dreams become sweet when you sleep until dawn. Here, every frame of time is filled with the word ”comfortable”

The hotel style is the British style I like very much, and there is a very special health tea here, very delicious, very creative, the room is very clean, and it is very comfortable to sleep, the front desk service is also very intimate, recommended, cost-effective!

I came to Zhangzhou to stay at this hotel and I made a very correct choice. The front desk service was very good, patiently answered questions, and recommended some local specialties and attractions. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful, clean and tidy, and the stay experience is pleasant. Next time you come to Zhangzhou, this hotel is still the first choice, praise 👍!
