Enjoy Coke & Sprite when staying: This can be considered to be healthier next time, or replaced with welcome fruit, which is still pretty good.

The room was very nice. I left in a hurry and didn't take any pictures. Here are some pictures of breakfast. I feel that the owner wants to do a good job in the hotel. The service and facilities are close to those of large chains. Two suggestions: 1. When I first checked in, the front desk gave me a room with blocked windows. Fortunately, I changed the room after communicating with them. It is recommended that next time, such rooms can be directly marked as no window or limited window type to avoid misunderstandings. 2. The breakfast variety can be richer. I am very satisfied with the changed room, and the service staff is also very good.

Environment The hotel environment is particularly good, the front desk lobby is very clean, the decoration is also very stylish, the room is spacious and bright, the bathroom and bath are separated from wet and dry, the bed is very soft, the hotel is facing the street, but the sound insulation effect of sleeping at night is OK. Facilities The hotel offers a self-service tea break, freshly cooked tea and snacks, and free parking and seating area. There is also a shared laundry room on the first floor, which is convenient for staying at night to wash dirty clothes by the way. Service The hotel's free parking service is very convenient, and there are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot. The front desk customer service is very intimate, breakfast can also be delivered to the room, answering questions is very patient, the service is particularly good! Cost-effective hotel is not far from the subway, snack street and David City business district, travel is more convenient, accommodation is also very good, business trip or travel overall cost-effective

Where to start?

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I came to Pangdonglai to play and saw this newly opened hotel on the Internet. I came here to check in with the mentality of giving it a try. I was really satisfied. I was upgraded to a classic king-size bed room for free. The large floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a panoramic view of the night view of the city. Breakfast was also given, and most importantly, I was on the high-speed train at 3 pm. I was given a free late check-out. I was really satisfied. The room facilities were also relatively complete.
