Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

We stayed here as part of one of the Globus Independence tours of Rome. We requested a room with a balcony, and paid for the upgrade - it was well worth every cent. This is one of the best places we stayed on our 5 week visit to Europe. The staff were all wonderful, the cleaners did a great job, we loved the private terrace and huge bathroom. The separate walk in entrance and wardrobe with minifridge were welcome luxuries. The breakfast was excellent - a seemingly endless range of choices, and they kept the food coming. We would book this again - and would pay for the bigger room with a balcony. Thanks.

Stayed here for 4 days in early June .It’s in a very good location 5 minute walk to Rome termini station and very good for all the tourist attractions such as the colosseum and Trevi Fountain within a half hour walking distance.The breakfast is excellent and the room itself was classic Italian a very nice Hotel.

Rooms and general appearance of the hotel was ok and looked to be more recently redone. The room was comfortable generally, with really good a/c and was quite roomy and clean. Mine faced the street and was VERY noisy, particularly one night. The hotel seems to favor groups and was insufficiently prepared to accommodate the crowds at breakfast every day I was there. No seats available!! The breakfast fruit had one kind of melon that was alternately overripe and/or left with pieces of the rind still on. Few choices to be had among the runny scrambled eggs and greasy bacon. Cereal and bread products were slim and look institutional. Most of the pastries tasted not fresh and similar to each other. The natural yogurt was good. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was professional and friendly. I had a health problem and Daniela was not only professional and 100% available to help, but here empath8c and warm she went over and beyond. The hotel is spotted clean,rooms are spacious and bed super comfy. centrally located and breakfast opens at 6 30, Really one of the best in Rome Sabrina P

Great hotel and staff, near to main train station, room size is enough and room is very clean. Breakfast is very nice and has high quality. Hotel is located very centrally and near to metro station and train station. Staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommended for stay in Rome

This hotel chain in both Florence and Rome was disappointing. While it was in the 90's outside and scalding hot the air didn't work in the rooms. I asked them to fix it and nobody ever did. The room was at least 80 degrees. Six nights, two different cities and it was the same in both places. They give you free certificates for a drink at the bar but we waited two different times for over thirty minutes and left without getting service. I'm asking the travel agent to never book it for people again. Lots of money and super disappointing.

one of the awful hotels I’ve ever been to! The refrigerator is not working and as the reception states that DISABLED PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT MEDICINE in it. Potentially, you are prohibited to put anything there sounds terrible, right? Oh and the reception staff just cuts you off from the phone Overall, the staff employees are extremely rude to the guests.

This is essentially located hotel to the main train station in Rome. There were very cute wine, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to walk from this hotel to almost all of Rome, although a cab did make it easier to get to the Vatican. This hotel is showing some signs of age, but overall the air conditioning was a welcome break, especially in July and the staff was very friendly.

Pros good location staff generally friendly rooms clean and tidy Cons upon our visit temperatures were 35c NO complimentary water in the room only if you were a premier guest disgusting. No USB power port in rooms with today’s communication. This should be standard when mentioned to staff I was told me to buy across the road and adapter NO radio or alarm clock in room this is NOT acceptable for a four star hotel With quite a high charge for breakfast, €25 per day plus there were additional charges for cooked eggs other than scrambled also additional charge if you wanted pure orange juice 6-7 euros travelling with a young family member who wanted apple juice. I was advised that there was no apple juice in the whole hotel. When mentioned to Reception staff to cancel my further reservations for breakfast they found it very hard to believe and told me to go and ask the Maine , supervisor at breakfast I’d advise that was the person who told me they were very surprised. !!!!! Note I was willing to pay for the apple juice. The toaster in the breakfast room was not easy to operate asked staff to help they switched It on and then I waited a considerable time what the staff did not do was turn up the temperature it consequently took quite some time
