Great hotel for an overnight stay in transit.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, was um Sommer für Getränke oder Snacks sehr hilfreich wäre. Auch gibt es im Hotel keinen Getränkeautomat für gekühlte Getränke. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind leider etwas weiter entfernt so dass man an der teuren Tankstelle in der Nähe Getränke kaufen muss. Extrem wichtig war mir eine Klimaanlage da ich an einer Erkrankung leide mit welcher ich sehr stark schwitze. Leider war in beiden gebuchten Zimmern die Klimaanlage defekt und in einem Zimmer hat sie sogar die ganze Nacht aus der Decke getropft was auch noch störend war. Es hatte 29 Grad im Zimmer, nachts. Das Problem wurde an der Rezeption zweimal mitgeteilt und es wurde immer nur gesagt dass der Techniker kommen würde, welcher nie kam und somit selbst von uns gesucht wurde und ins Zimmer begleitet wurde, aber er konnte nichts ändern auf die Schnelle. Eine Entschädigung (z.B 15% Rabatt wurde laut meinem Reiseanbieter vom Hotel abgelehnt. Das finde ich ganz schön frech weil es ja ein Fakt ist dass die Klimaanlagen defekt waren und auch viele andere Gäste die sind Rezensionen und auch im Hotel vor Ort bestätigen konnten. Das ist ein Mangel und muss eigentlich entschädigt werden. Das Frühstück war gut bis auf das fehlende Rührei, allerdings oft sehr voll und man bekam keinen Platz.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren alle sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, bei unserem eintägigen Aufenthalt gab es zum Frühstück nicht einmal Rührei. Besonders schwierig ist es die Rezeption telefonisch zu erreichen. Nachdem unsere Tochter ihre Spielzeuge im Zimmer vergaß und wir uns bereits mit dem Auto über 100km entfernt hatten, wollte ich die Rezeption anrufen und fragen, ob die Spielzeuge gefunden wurden. Anstelle der Rezeption wurde ich mehrmals mit der Reservierung verbunden, die jedoch wollte oder konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen. Ca. 1,5 Stunden hatte es gedauert bis ich die Rezeption erreicht hatte. Zumindest erhielten wir am Ende die Spielzeuge.

Hotel schön und gemütlich. Leider war es sehr laut (Sitzplätze vorm Hotel mit Gästen bis spät in die Nacht) und das Personal hat zur Nachtruhe auch nicht durchgegriffen. Sehr ärgerlich, da somit kein guter Schlaf möglich!!!

Cons: Unfriendly, unhelpful and at times quite rude reception staff. Amenities were incomplete (no tissues in the bathroom) and reception asked me to come down and pick it up myself! Bathroom cold and without heating system. Aircon didn't warm up the room. After I requested an electric heater, I have been told that such is not available! Pathetic!No sauna facilities. Uncomfortable couch without pillows. Dirty walls. No fridge in the room. No drink list available either online or in the room. How easy would it be to make a drink list accessible via the TV in the room! Unable to make local phone call to a land line in Germany from room telephone. This hotel did not provide any value for money and therefore is not recommendable! Absolutely budget hotel and budget experience for this kind of rather expensive room rate! My advise: better avoid this kind of hotel (chains). Pros: Walking distance from train station Good lightning in the rooms Comfortable bed Clean rooms.

Hotel is in an excellent location only 5-10 minutes walk from the Center of Rosenheim Room was comfortable even if a little hot through the night. Booked a Mountain View you could see the mountains if you tried but no really view. Breakfast was good standard German choices apart from boiled eggs/toast and fresh pancakes no other warm food. Check in was not a good experience very busy and when it was my turn the room was not ready and had to wait a further 10-15 mins in the Lobby. Check out was also not that great this was a business trip and I require an invoice this was not possible as they informed that the printer was not functioning and an email invoice would be sent, this has still not been received even after notifying and chasing up this point alone will mean that I can no longer book the Hotel which is a pity as everything apart from the Book In/Book Out experience was really good.

Pretty typical Holiday Inn Express. Small but clean rooms. Cold cuts,cheeses,pastries and juice/coffee for complimentary breakfast. The deal breaker for us was the HVAC did not work if the outside temp was below 22C (according to the manager). Problem was our room was hot and stuffy the whole stay, the room didn’t care about the outside temp and the windows barely cracked open. So after two hot miserable sleepless nights we were glad to see this property in the rear view mirror.

My partner and my 2 friends chose the holiday inn at Rosenheim as an overnight stop for our road trip across Europe. I enjoy staying at IHG hotels being a Platinum Elite member, as the service is always great and rooms are always comfortable. Hotel is easy to find and parking is confusing, but you just stay in the parking garage. We paid around 6 € for being there for 13 hours. Alot of space and easy to access. During our stay, we had Jenny Medrano, at the front desk, assist us with the issues the hotel was giving us. She was so friendly, helpful, and did so much for us. She was truly the highlight of our stay and I hope IHG hotels rewards her for such excellent customer service. Our room had no Air Conditioning, and it was absolutely brutal trying to sleep. It was one of my worst sleeps at an IHG hotel. Room was quite small, but we had a big shower. The gym was okay. 3 cardio machines and free weights that went to 10kg. There was no water and only 3 towels, but there being a lack of staff members makes sense. The breakfast was mediocre, as it's a limited selection of what you can grab at the buffet. Overall, I was not happy with the my stay at this hotel, besides the good customer service. I won't be visiting this hotel again, unless the owner/hotel manager fixes these issues.

2 stars only because its newer than other hotels in the area and decent breakfast, but that's it. The first room (and the entire 3rd floor) was a WIFI dead-zone, which was known to the hotel but still chose to offer, make me unpack and move after 1 hour. Carpet was stained and filthy, there is NO drawer or space in the room, beside the 5 inches of hanger space! overall very poor, would only recommend for an overnight option.

Hotel is new and well equipped. Everything you need you will find it here. Clean rooms and friendly staff (explaining everything also in foreign languages). Parking next to the building (you need to pay extra). Location is almost perfect. You can easily get here by car and train. Short walk to the center of the town with restaurants and shops (up to 10 minutes) . Breakfast is served till 10:00, so … sleepers wake up ;)
