Sentido Fido Punta del Mar Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Beautiful and stunning hotel. All staff from reception to catering were extremely helpful and friendly. The view from our room balcony was outstanding. Cannot fault the hotel at all and would highly recommend. Would love to return in the future

Hotel was the tops. Staff were very friendly, fun and professional. Very good food with varied selections. Beautiful position on a small cliff, overlooking sea. Local bus service to Palma was cheap convenient and regular. Hotel was adults only and suited me. Evening entertainment was also great

It was the most amazing hotel, with the best view on Mallorca i would say. The staff were perfectly friendly and helpful. Had a lot of fun with the entertainment as well. We got upgraded to a suite which was also very kind and they were checking on us on how we liked the stay and if they could do anything else to make it even better.

I stayed here with my husband and parents for a week to celebrate my birthday. We all had mixed feelings about our experience. Firstly, the hotel as mentioned, has lots of things going for it. The staff are amazing, the views incredible and it is spotlessly clean. It’s also well located, not too far from the airport in terms of the transfer with easy access into Santa Ponça with a bus to Palma. We booked with Tui and our rooms were advertised as ‘promo offer’. My husband and I had a tiny room in what felt like the dungeon of the hotel. The shower was so small it was at an angle and was covered in mould. The bed two small singles pushed together. Our parent’s room was next door and bizarrely much bigger with a walk in shower. The receptionist was really helpful and offered us a junior suite, the only downside being there was no balcony. It was a much better room, for which we were grateful. For a suite it felt a little cheap in terms of the furnishings and there were none of the nice extras such as basic toiletries and bath robes. The food was generally pretty good for a large scale buffet, although some days were definitely better than others in terms of the quality and selection. Breakfast had everything you needed, although it’s a shame they didn’t have the ‘healthy corner’ everyday or many vegan options. Bars were great, not too badly priced and we enjoyed the food there a couple of times. The hotel was very busy still but we didn’t have issues with waiting or with the sun beds others have mentioned. The entertainment was interesting at times! But fun and the staff clearly love their job. I did unfortunately lose a t-shirt when the bed was laundered that was never seen again despite them trying to find it. It wouldn’t have bothered me particularly but it was a birthday gift a few years ago with my date of birth on it. That was disappointing. In comparison for what we paid we have stayed in much nicer hotels. What sets this one apart is the exceptional staff and the view which is why overall the review is a mixed one.

I stayed for 4 days and had a lovely time. Staff are friendly,courteous and very efficient .The dinner on the White Night, was excellent. The Elvis act was really entertaining. There were sufficient sunbeds and towels . The pools were clean and inviting. We weren't disappointed.

I’ve just spent 6 nights at this hotel as a solo traveller for some RnR. The location is stunning, it’s very quiet but exactly what I wanted. Although it was end of season, the staff were still so polite and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for me. The views were absolutely amazing, the sunsets alone are worth coming here for. There were a few things in the room that were a bit tired (toilet roll holder loose and falling off) but they were clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back, thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so enjoyable!
