Mercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is unbeatable. The main attractions are all within a radius of 300 meters. There is a shopping street just outside the door. There are many dining options around. In addition, the room is well soundproofed and clean. I am willing to stay here again.

The Hotel was very well located, close to shops and cultural places! The welcome was warm and helpful. The room was nice, and the service too. The train station was less than 30 minutes away on foot

Good location, right outside the cathedral, in the city center, parking is a bit troublesome
