Round Rock Hotels with Swimming Pools

This was my first visit to a TownePlace Suite property. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. I loved the double queen suite. The design is so functional. Lovely kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed. By far, the most outstanding part was my check-in experience with Gemma! They were truly welcoming, professional, and so friendly. I called the front desk for help with the thermostat (it was my issue, not the thermostat), and Gemma was so helpful and friendly. I travel to this area frequently, and I will stay here again based on this experience.

This is an awesome place to stay, clean, upscale, great breakfast

The accommodations were fine and quite comfortable overall. The breakfast was good, with a selection of hot dishes (scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage patties) as well as cold cereal, bagels, bread (for toast), etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay there again. Disliked · The juice machine at breakfast didn't work properly, so getting juice was quite difficult. (Most people just gave up.) Our room was noisy--we heard quite a bit of noise from the interstate highway in front of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great. From the time I checked in until checkout. Very clean, rooms very nice. Common area kept clean. They provide pool towels and the pool area was perfect for my 6 year old granddaughter. Had a beach type walk in into the pool and overall, was not too deep.

The overall cleanliness wasn't good! Dirt in elevator, dirty windows, carpets stained and even the breakfast tables needed a good scrub! Around the corners of the tables had a lot filth and skin-grease.... In the hotel lobby and also in our room where a lot of mosquitoes.... Breakfast staff was very friendly and did a really good job... Whe booked breakfast seperate for 10$ for the two of us, but a lot of people didn't seem to know about the extra cost of the breakfast.... The breakfast cutlery and plates where plastic and it seemed a cheap option.... We didn't stay our second night, we booked a different hotel! We got a refund for our second night and we where promised that the manager would call us about our disappointment, but he never did call! This is our second time at a Hilton garden inn, and twice we found the properties run down, not clean and we will never book this hotel ever again!

We have traveled to all 50 states so we have stayed in many hotels. Never have we found someone like Shelia In the breakfast room. She was making sure everyone was being taken care of. Give the lady a raise. We stayed two nights and she was the best hostess we have ever encountered.
