While the room service schedule for changing bed sheets was every 3 or 4 days, likely due to the holiday season, this minor detail was overshadowed by the overall quality of service. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was pleasant. The breakfast options were a highlight, offering a variety of tasty choices that exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this category. Kids love to make their own breakfast. This is a pet-friendly hotel.
The cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the staff in attending to their needs were commendable. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and quality service, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a home away from home.

BBimabimabukaihuaThe room is not too big but it is enough. The water pressure of the shower is not strong when staying on the second floor. The room is cleaned every other day. If it is not cleaned, you can ask the front desk. The breakfast is also OK and filling. The parking lot is large and safe. The closed window and the air conditioner are a bit cold. There are still no toiletries and slippers provided, you need to bring your own. There is a small gym open 24 hours. The WiFi speed is very fast.

GGuest UserThe room was awesome. The king suit is worth it. The bathtub is big enough that a grown woman can lounge and be all submerged. The only things that made this less than perfect was the overly loud AC unit in my room and the elevator that makes a loud bang when it starts and seems to have trouble closing the door (it took 3 tries one time).
