The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a fitness room and a game machine in the lobby, which the kids enjoyed. The station was close. It took about 40 minutes to get to the center of town. The area around the hotel was very quiet and in a nice residential area. A little closer to the station it was lively and there were plenty of places to eat.

The hotel is good. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it is very close to the subway station. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by subway. It is also convenient to drive out. The highway intersection is nearby. The variety of breakfast is relatively rich, and the lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. In short, if you don't want to stay in an old and crowded hotel in the city center, this is a good choice.

The room design is interesting, I'm not used to the toilet being separated from the shower, but it worked out great to allow use of both at the same time by different people. There were only power outlets on one side of the bed, which was not very helpful. The true value in this establishment is the staff. Everyone was helpful, but Rafaele and Aline were both super friendly and helpful during my entire stay.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location for visiting Paris . On street parking for free at weekends otherwise 15 Euros for 24 hours in their underground car park. The reason why we chose to stay here was because it was much cheaper than a hotel with parking in central Paris . You then have to add back the time and monetary cost of commuting in and out of the centre of Paris from here . I think it was worth it but it was quite tiring wandering around Paris all day and then coming back to the hotel. With the walk to the station from the hotel assume about 35-40 minutes to get to a central location. Once you’re back in the hotel you’re not going to go back to central Paris so if you go back early because you are tired that’s it for the day whereas if you had a central room you could go back out in the evening after a rest . You wouldn’t choose to stay here as a tourist but for the savings. On one evening we drove to the centre of Rueil Malmaison for a meal- it was a pleasant low key alternative to dining in central Paris. It’s a 10-12 minute walk to the RER A station from the hotel . Just down the street and under a railway bridge. You get the train there and can change on to the metro system Once you are on the RER you can interconnect on the metro usually changing at Charles de Gaulle. It costs about 30 Euros return to go to the centre of Paris and back. But you can get 2,3 , 4 day passes that reduce this significantly and include journeys on the metro and buses once you’re in the centre . The hotel is close to a very busy dual carriageway which makes it easy to reach when you arrive in Paris by car. With you room window open you can hear the traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. The road the hotel is in is lined on both sides by fairly tall modern but well kept apartment and office blocks . At weekends it is very quiet , feels a bit like an empty office district. Not a bad thing , a bit sterile but it felt like you had escaped to a peaceful place. The whole area is quite commercial, with offices around, so the hotel caters to business people and tourists alike, The hotel staff are friendly. There was a warm welcome. The lobby doubles as a breakfast area and is funky and stylish. Nice ambience . The reception staff run a little bar there . Breakfast itself was a nice little buffet. A good spread of things - one personal suggestion for improvement would be please provide some little pots of fruit compotes , which we don’t get in the UK! But it was nice anyway and French. The family room was a fair size , not massive, not small, divided at night by a pull across curtain with twin beds for the kids and a double bed for the grown ups with a bathroom off it. There was a sizeable television on a sort of stand which could be rotated and put on either side of the curtain so kids or adults could watch it. The room and hotel were very clean. It felt like a well designed purpose built hotel designed by a company that understand

I stay frequently in this hotel. The staff is wonderful, very professional and treat you extremely well. The location near the RER station is very convenient whether you need to go in Paris notre muros, or La Défense business district or RUEIL business district. You get very large room, good breakfast. Definitely an excellent value for money!

It’s not the Ritz, but it was okay…the room was okay, my kids bed/sofa bed was not made even though we arrived at 11pm on the day of check in, it took a while to get bedsheets etc for them. The room could also have been cleaner. The toilet and the bathroom are positioned oddly, it was like they were in a metal container attached to the room. However the location of hotel was good and the breakfast was good. The breakfast staff were really nice. Also loved the Ritual provided products.

AmAzing service great staff really clean abs comfortable. Fatima was especially great and maintaining the room between days we stayed. She was very helpful and showed me how to use nespresso machine. She did amazing job making sure the room was hoovered and clean. Philippe is the best hotel manager you will ever meet. He went above and beyond to help me with emails back forth, parking and even unloaded my car with me and helped my kids into hotel as I drove non stop from london. His English is very good and was able to give me advice on how to get around on metro the following day and brekky service. Edith is also a great manager and gave me directions on how to visit the grand mosque and some good local sightseeing places. She planned my metro routes and gave me directions to the nearest bakery/shop. All the staff are fab and friendly and the hotel is very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back

We had a very good stay as a family. Easily accessible hotel with private underground parking at a reasonable price. The welcome was warm. Our suite was very spacious with enough room for 4. Small kitchen area with a fridge and sink. The breakfast was very generous.

Truly the worst hotel experience ever. Booked the hotel with a discount through Accor, I had to pay for this price in advance and was not allowed to cancel. Upon arrival they simply say that they can no longer give a discount because they no longer work with Accor. Even though all my bookings state that I do not have to pay anything more, I have to pay extra on the spot. They refer to Accor, Accor to the hotel. Then you find yourself with your back against the wall with your family in Paris. Don't fall for it here. Otherwise a mediocre hotel, especially the breakfast for which you pay extra is scandalous. Buffet is open until half past 11 on Saturday, at 9 o'clock almost everything was gone, nothing is replenished and the last leftovers are continuously pushed back by the staff and eaten in the room next to the dining room. Booked as 4 stars, now it is listed as 3 stars, not worth a single star. If you lure people with offers and demand additional payment on the spot, you are, as far as I'm concerned, scammers.

I arrived at the hotel at 11pm with my family (wife + 3 children) and the receptionist was rude, rude and took 1 hour to complete the check-in, claiming that I didn't have a reservation, even though I had all the reservation receipts, credit card debit, etc. Furthermore, on other days, the receptionist was always absent from reception and we had to wait a long time to speak to him. Bad, bad, bad!!!

I was quite disappointed with the hotel in general given its 4 stars. I found the hotel rather noisy despite the fact that I was on the top floor. You can hear a lot of what is happening in the surrounding rooms and in the hallway. In the room, you have an office chair and a sofa at your disposal, both are stained… The breakfast was average, but above all almost empty; there was a group at that time which is understandable (as well as the noise but still). The hotel is not very far from the RER which will quickly take you to La Défense or the center of Paris. Generally speaking, the hotel staff was very good. Very kind maid.

Only positive notes, excellent location because it is very close to the station and you can get around easily, you can reach everything in a quarter of an hour. Large and clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with various choices, and water dispenser considering the prices around!
