The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

I arrived in Saipan early in the morning and the hotel called for a pick-up. The service was good. The room was relatively large and had windows. There were only two ladies on duty in the hotel.
