Such a great team, extremely friendly they have just refurbished the rooms and hotel
The mocktails were amazing
The food is extremely good, I actually invited my local friends down for Dinner and lunch and they were talking about it the next day which is always a good sign. I would definitely stay again the only thing I would say, is the beds/mattress are extremely firm.
But everything else is perfect 👌

It's very difficult to get there without a car. I walked for about an hour from Bath Station. The scenery on the way was very pretty, but it was raining and dark so it was hard to walk. I liked the bedding, cleanliness, and the water running well. I woke up in the morning and went to the restaurant, and the view was good and the food was good. It was also nice. I had a good time with friendly staff and a small but clean room. In the morning, the view was nice, so I walked along the river to Roman Bath and heard the sounds of birds and water and a wonderful natural environment. It was so good.

The building has a certain history, and the keys are still antiques and there is no room card 😅. The room was not particularly dry. Fortunately, the temperature was not high that day, otherwise the room should be stuffy. Although the breakfast is all of those types, the taste of this restaurant is still acceptable, and the service is also warm. Overall, it's okay, it's a little far from Salisbury train station, it's more than 5 pounds by taxi.

Lovely hotel, just had a refurb, staff very helpful, we had a major issue with our bathroom on our first morning, it was dealt with promptly and professionally whilst we had breakfast and upgraded to a nicer room, easy flat 10 min walk into city centre

The hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment at present. (Our room was beautiful.) So any comment on the property condition and surrounding area would not be a true representation of how they will be when the refurbishment are complete. We had stayed here last year and were very pleased.

The hotel is currently being renovated so different areas of the hotel were unaccessible. That being said, what was available was very nice and very well organised. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and polite. The breakfast options were great and had a variety of food to please all. The car park was £9 a night which seemed a little steep, however there is little to no parking elsewhere near to the hotel so it is necessary. Overall we had a lovely stay a Milford Hall and would definitely stay again!

The place was being refurbished- strangely the bedroom may have been done but old furniture placed in it left one feeling under welcomed. The bar/dinning room & reception were all in room with no windows - i think they would have been better to close it until they finished
