Great location, about 10mins walk to Registan with a 5/5 rating restaurant en route. The courtyard of the hotel is beautiful as well.
The service was great, we arrived at before 7am and was warmly surprised when told that we could check in early and have an additional complimentary breakfast. The staff even arranged a nearby hair dresser for us to get authentic Uzbek hairstyles.
The room was spacious with great amenities including a functioning mini-fridge, strong heating and enough power sockets.
Overall a great stay in Samarkand. And I will definitely recommend!

Voici votre expérience : --- Mon séjour à l'hôtel Jahongir Premium a été une véritable catastrophe. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été confronté à un personnel incroyablement impoli. Ils semblaient toujours agacés par mes demandes et ne faisaient aucun effort pour être serviables. Le point culminant de cette expérience désastreuse a été ma rencontre avec le manager. Il était totalement incompétent en matière de communication. Non seulement il manquait cruellement de politesse, mais il n'avait aucune idée de comment gérer les plaintes des clients. Aucune de mes préoccupations n'a été prise au sérieux, et son attitude condescendante et dédaigneuse a rendu la situation encore pire. En bref, je déconseille fortement l'hôtel Jahongir Premium à quiconque souhaite avoir une expérience agréable et sans stress. C'était un cauchemar du début à la fin, et je regrette profondément d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour mon séjour.

There are different “Jahongir” hotel facilities in Samarkand and sometimes reviews mix them up. I tried Jahongir Guest House and Jahongir Premium (this one). Both are located in the same road, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Registan (less than 10 minutes walking) and to the main attractions. In both, rooms are clean and large but the Guest House is a little bit aged, a refresh is needed. Both have an internal garden where to relax, the one of Jahongir Premium is more well-finished. The breakfast offers local food with few sweet options. Wifi worked perfectly. Service needs to be improved … they forgot to send the taxi to pick us up at the airport. Both have affordable prices. All in all, Jahongir Premium looks more modern and confortable than the Guest House but services are the same.

Hotel is a bit hidden but inside is very nice. The rooms are spacious with little fridge, comfy chairs and little table. In our room we have a sofa as well. The beds are comfy, in the bathrooms towels are great and there are toiletries. Every days there are fresh bottled water. There is a little kettle and selection of tea bags. There is a safe in place as well. The breakfast is more then efficient, large selection of savoury and sweet foods, tea, coffee, juices, yogurts etc. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We were waiting for our transport and they let us to have one room a bit longer. Big thank you.

Świetny hotel, bardzo dobre jedzenie, śniadania z dużym wyborem, wszystko świeże. super lokalizacja w samym centrum blisko do miejsc wartych zwiedzania, polecamy, można się dogadać, zostawić dłużej same walizki nie robią problemów.

Pequeño hotel boutique muy bien situado, a 5 minutos del Registan. Habitación decorada con gusto, cama cómoda. Tiene buena relación calidad precio. Personal amable. Si volviera en un futuro a Samarcanda me alojaría aquí nuevamente……..

Un excellent et propre hôtel au calme à 2 pas du Registan. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner très correct avec du bon café. Un cadre bien agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages en attendant l'heure du départ ce qui était pratique

A little tricky to find and few similar naming hotels nearby. Still can be found relatively easy thanks to sign boards. Due to tight entry, last 30-40 feet one may need to carry their own luggage. Very well located, most of the major attractions are in walking distance. Also many restaurants and stores are nearby. Definitely wish to mention the young high energy reception guy (can't recall his name). Always helpful while managing his studies. Best wishes for him. Rooms are compact but clean and well maintained. All amenities provided including a digital safe. Linens were clean, sleep quality was good. Breakfast spread was good - decent options across different types of items. Neatly maintained all around. Definitely recommend for your stay at Samarkand.
