I stayed for 6 days at the end of October in this beautiful all-suite hotel on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. Even though the hotel is not directly on the lake shore, but over the - quite busy and noisy - Avenida Bustillo, the lake view is absolutely stunning from every room, thanks to strategically designed walls that allow the lake to virtually enter through every floor-to-ceiling window. I stayed in an apartment that was very comfortable, I could cook in the small kitchen and enjoyed a super pampering, high-tech shower. The unit I stayed in had both A/C and heating, and everything needed, for up to 3 people. I want to add I am very thankful to Adriana, the owner and manager. I don’t know if she’s more a wish-fulfilling “genie”, or a superwoman. Her attention and quick solutions were amazing. I hope to be back soon and warmly recommend this place to others as well.

Nos dieron una habitacion muy basica para el precio que nos cobraron, de entrada muy mala predisposicion y desconfianza de parte de la dueña dudando si estaban todas las personas que iban a alojarse. No llegaba el wi fi, la señal es muy mala. Tenian las habitaciones vacias y nos dieron la peor de todas, que no tiene ventilacion. Un olor a gas de la casilla donde tiene la caldera. Nos mintio diciendo que eran un par de escalones para subir, eran mas de 40 e ibamos con 2 niños pequeños. Es decir que fue muy dificultoso subir con todo el equipaje. El desayuno.... mas o menos. Nada especial. Realmente hemos parado en otros hospedajes en Bariloche desde 5 estrellas hasta normales y hemos comido mejor, nos han atendido con una hospitalidad muchisimo mejor. Aca una porqueria. No sé en donde esta puntuado. Pero nos atendieron como si ellos nos hubiesen hecho un favor a nosotros... o sea una basura. Menos mal que fueron 2 noches. NO lo recomiendo.

Le pongo un 1 ya que no hay 0 para calificar. Desde octubre del 2021 que planificamos un viaje a Bariloche y, entre otras reservas, agendamos una para el fin de semana del 4 al 7 de febrero. Previo a ello, nos confirmaron por email y por whatsapp que aceptaban previaje como medio de pago (consecuentemente, nos organizamos para gastar el previaje en esta estadía). Estando en Bariloche, llamamos al lugar y escribimos y nos dijeron que "cambiaron las condiciones", sin siquiera pedir disculpas. En definitiva, nos dejaron sin alojamiento para las últimas 3 noches de nuestro viaje, en medio de temporada y con todos los lugares colapsados. Lo peor, ni siquiera ofrecieron unas disculpas, sino que simplemente repetían como loros que "cambiaron las condiciones". La verdad, unos maleducados y con un destrato pocas veces visto. Por suerte nosotros eramos solo dos personas y pudimos conseguir un alojamiento, pero si hubiera sido una familia podría haber sido mucho mas grave. Si "cambian las condiciones" luego de confirmar algo, no me imagino lo que debe ser la estadía allí. Desde la experiencia (sin siquiera alojarnos por el destrato) recomiendo no alojarse en este lugar, además de que por el mismo precio se pueden conseguir cosas mas lindas y con mejor acceso al lago, pileta, etc. Repito, si pueden, eviten este lugar.

Excelente opción para pasar unos días en Bariloche. Alquilamos la suerte premium. Una vista al lago hermosa. Súper amplia y cómoda. La ubicación es buena ya que podes llegar al centro caminado. La atención impecable. Súper recomendable para pasar unos días en un hermoso lugar
