Maya Bella was very comfortable, right in the middle of San Ignacio hotels, shopping, restaurants. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped arrange transportation as well as tours and activities. Coffee served with fresh fruit in the morning was a nice touch. The hotel was extremely clean (they scrubbed the floors at least twice daily!) and comfortable beds with a/c. I would recommend Maya Bella and would stay there again!

great no-frills hotel centrally located in San Ignacio, within walking distance to good restaurants and tour operators. Room was clean and bed was comfortable ; bathroom was clean with good water pressure and front desk staff was great and even helped me with a printing issue.

I recently stayed at the Maya Bella for a week. Best decision I have made in a long time. The room had AMAZING a/c, great view from the roof, and everything was nearby. We were able to easily walk to many restaurants, stores, and markets no matter how tired we were. Do yourself a favor and grab breakfast from the stall at the front of the hotel in the morning.

The rooms were clean, spacious.. well furnished. The views from the top floor was gorgeous. However, the pool was murky.

The best and most convenient place to stay in San Ignacio! We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed each stay! Everything you need, food, shopping, and taxis, are in walking distance and the staff is amazing! They always make us feel very comfortable and at home!

The hot and cold shower wasn’t adjusting properly. The water was either extremely hot or very cold

Good location
I like my experience on the maya hotel . And , I will recommend it certainly. But the absolute difference was the guide that they had indicated for me : Mr Abe . He is a gentleman, educated guide. Thank you for your service
