Hotels Near Plaza de la Pila in Province Of Santa Cruz De Tenerife

Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. All the staff were kind, pleasant, smiley and helpful, always. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was on the seaward side with a balcony and spectacular sea view, but very noisy as the Atlantic waves crash on the rocks directly below. We didn't mind this, but if you want a quieter environment, ask for a room on the garden side. Breakfast (buffet style) offered a lot of choice, including cooked food, fruit, pastries, cold cuts/ cheeses etc. The evening meal buffet was also perfectly acceptable, although we mostly chose to eat out as there are various tapas bars and restaurants within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Loro park entrance is a 15 minute walk away, and impressive black sand beaches and associated beach bars another 5-10 minutes. What we liked the most about the hotel was the extensive and beautiful sub-tropical gardens, where you can swim in 3 pools located at different levels on the site. Because the gardens are so large, you can find a quiet spot if you need one. There's also a pool bar serving drinks and light meals. There were a few downsides, but they were minor. The decor is a little dated and our room could have done with a refresh. To go up in the lift you need to use your room key card, but the card readers are not reliable. It can be a little frustrating trying to get the thing to work so that you can access your room. But these ******* were well outweighed by the positives. We felt that the hotel offered good value and we would stay there again.

Just been back again for the third year, and we’ll definitely be back next year. We love this hotel. Amazing value for money, great pool area and pool bar, we love the hot tubs. We’re always sad to say goodbye to the friendly lizards. The rooms are great, air conditioned, good soundproofing and black out blinds. All of the staff are great. We never want to go home on our last day.

Can’t fault the Hotel it’s magnificent, rooms were very good , food was good but I am fussy about fatty meats etc so not the best to give a review but all in all there was always something to eat for even the pickiest customer, the lady on the grill making omelettes in the morning made our day she was always smiling and very attentive just such a lovely lady to start your day , pools were fabulous and there is an Adult only for peace and quiet , have to say though we did see a couple of young children there and nobody to tell the father they weren’t allowed so he ignored the signs , I would have given it five stars but , a couple of things could be improved, there is no minimart or shop to get basics like water etc but they do sell 500ml cans at €2.20 so not cheap, to be fair there is a daily minibus that takes you down the hill (except weekends) to the centre at a supermarket so that sort of compensates , otherwise you are isolated at the top of a big hill and being older I wouldn’t like to walk down never mind up , we had a Mountain View that was great view of Mount Teide but it’s also got a main motorway so the noise isn’t great , if I go back I would pick a sea view next time ,all in all a fabulous holiday with a couple of little tweaks it would be first class, definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in Tenerife

We arrive Monday the 12 Aug at night,we booked our holiday, first time in Tenerife with TUI as soon as we reached by the hotel,the night receptionist checked us in very fast,answered all our questions promptly,very friendly and helpful,as soon as we go in the room we didn't felt very comfortable because was at bottom floor,my sister didn't felt comfortable,the studio was very clean and good equipped but...didn't felt right. Second day in the morning after we had breakfast, wich was amazing 👏 👏😍,alot of options,good quality, amazing taste,we headed to front desk to see if we can do anything about the room again amazing 💯 perfect service, the morning receptionist did everything in her power to suit our accommodation Second floor studio,amazingly clean and proper equipped, my sister,my son and me very satisfied of course.We try almost everything at Parque Eden,the lunch and dinner buffets are worth the money and for every possible taste,the servers are very friendly, especial thanks to Gustavo,who acknowledge our needs and remember what we like and want from first day,perfect customer service. The pools were very clean,my son wasn't coming out of the water anymore, special thanks to Isaac,the animator, who was very good with kids,i could finally get some suntan without opening my eyes every 5 minutes to look after my son. Special thanks to Nazir ,from the 5 floor pool who was always with a smile on his face no matter how busy he was,always giving his best. Overall our holiday was more than best,my savings worth any penny..sorry euros 😊,the Eden Parque hotel deserves more than 10 we will definitely come back,i recommend from all my heart!

Apartment is very comfortable room, with balcony and table, indoor table, all kitchen comfort. Family is done almost every day. Very clean, very friendly staff, including at the reception. We were next to the restaurant on the floor, so a little noise in the evening, but next to enjoy the animations. The residence is well placed to walk in the city, car parked outside at a maximum of 5 minutes in adjacent streets. the staff explains how to go there ... Very happy with our stay.

This was our third stay at Hotel Botanico, and we felt like we were returning 'home' after a gap of 2 years because of Covid. This is such a beautiful hotel, in a stunning, peaceful garden setting. The rooms are excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful swimming pools and amazing spa facilities. There are lots of restaurants and bistros very close by, as well as the hotel's own restaurants, and a shuttle bus leaves for the main port just a 10 minute ride, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops etc. Jet 2 holidays were efficient, helpful, and all the arrangements worked.

This hotel is excellent we loved every part of it. Stayed in room 620 ideal for reception/pool (level 7) and restaurant (level five) the hotel is spotless the staff are excellent and the sound of the sea each evening is soothing. Tips The hotel is a bit of a distance to the main town it’s very hilly and we only went down once you can walk a kind of cliff path but it’s full of stairs which after a while kills you and gets very tedious. Go out of the hotel walk to the top road go right and you will see a walkway with steps follow them down (they are called the Agatha Christie steps as there is a statue as she had a house there each step has a book title on them) just keep following the road down to the sea front loads of shops and restaurants plus the lido ( which is due to open soon) you can either walk back or get a taxi (4/5 euros) we didn’t bother going again as the Main Street above the hotel had many bar’s restaurants and shops very reasonable priced excellent service not much of a party time if you like that kind of thing down town will be better for you. Food Breakfast is amazing plenty of choice and easy to get through Evening meal got board quickly so used only a couple of times drinks expensive and didn’t approve they charged for water you pay for drinks on the way out or you can charge money to your room and top up when it runs out we preferred to pay as we go drinks wise we preferred to eat out and give to local family business etc. The pool The rule is no personal towels you need to hire them from reception ten euros (refundable with receipt) to change for fresh one one euro exchange but we found we could use both our own and the hotels the reason they like you to use them to show that you are staying there and haven’t sneaked in. The bar is good very professional service. The room Lovely views over the sea the bathroom has been the best I have ever had abroad lives the multi shower lights and the screen window trick great fun to play with tv is crap so we always take a fire stick power lead and remote control Wi-Fi is very good the codes allow two devices per ticket but you can have as many as you like we had three tablets two phones and a fire stick don’t forget to put in the code for your fire stick to make it work you might not get every thing you get at home but it’s better than the tv without it We booked with jet2 excellent transfers etc the excursions we booked was the body trip up the side of the island we managed to see whales and dolphins I do warn it will be a long day 11.45 we left and didn’t get back until eight pm if you don’t like rough conditions sea wise this trip might not be for you as four plus hours on a boat feeling sea sick isn’t much fun there is chance to swim off the boat the food was a bit naff not to everyone’s taste take a jumper it can start to get cold. We’ve just returned from seven days of heaven, what an amazing holiday we all had. My husband and I took our adult kids with us, aged 22, 19 and 18. Each one of us said it was the nicest hotel, most accommodating staff and fantastic food that we’ve had in an all inclusive hotel. When we checked in we were given a glass of champagne to welcome us, taken to our rooms, showed how all the gadgets in the room worked and felt very welcomed! We did all three al a carte restaurants and each one was fantastic, you really did feel that you were in a proper restaurant. But the food in the Central Market was lovely too! We were in a swim up room, which is sunny all morning but then goes into the shade. But it was welcomed as the sun can be deceivingly intense. Comfiest sun beds ever! Finally thank you to all the staff. They were all so friendly, professional and as I say just smile! Best smiles and teeth ever! Best holiday I’ve had in a long time - thank you to everyone there.

Very nice Finca, with pool and restaurant. Delightful food and good breakfast. I was only 2 days there. The rooms were beautiful, large, with chairs and table outside. Very quiet! Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is only in the living room, that should also be possible in the rooms. Very nice staff and staff. Who doesn't need the whole tourism trouble is right here! I can only recommend
