For 1-2 days its okay. But for longer stay in Mallorca better search something else. Rooms are very old and loud.

Bathroom very bad, smells very bad every day, we stayed 1 week no cleaning, no fresh towels, hairdryer did not work, bad bed, the only thing good about this place is the balcony with the nice view! You do not pay a lot but you do not get a lot besides de views….;(

el trato muy bien, el apartamento muy limpio y todo correcto. solo un pequeño pero el dia del check in, que nos hicieron esperar un poco, pero el trato de la chica de recepcion fue genial, asi que no hay queja alguna

Apparement bien situé , personnel très agréable et professionnel. Environnement calme ( octobre) Cependant la qualité de l’appartement est médiocre . Très mal équipé dans la cuisine. Clic-clac cassé, La literie est déplorable , nombreuses fuite d’eau ( sous évier , pommeau de douche, porte de douche) , infiltration d’eau lors de pluie . Les couvertures ne sentent pas la propreté.

The apartment was cleanish when we arrived, floors, bathroom and bedding were clean but there were smears on walls and windows that were pretty unpleasant. Furniture was just about sufficient but tired, one out of four mattresses had springs poking through and drawers were broken etc. The communal areas were pretty grotty, a lot of litter and not tidied while we were there. This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

We had the best time here with our two grownup children. Everyone here was incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what time of the day and especially as we arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Pool was lovely and apartment was clean and had an amazing sea view.
