Más que un hotel, un hogar donde aloj**** unos días. Trato exquisito, familiar y encantadores. Junto al comedor, un rincón de lectura y juegos para los niños. Música instrumental suave y muy agradable en los desayunos, detalle de bandas sonoras Disney para los niños. Los ventanales del comedor y del salón aportan mucha luz y un ambiente lleno de encanto. Detalles de muebles restaurados con un gusto exquisito. La habitación amplia y confortable, con aire acondicionado frío y calor. Ventanas térmicas, bañera tratada antideslizante. Neverita con agua sin cargo a la habitación. Hotel con piscina, pista de pádel y una grada con una explanada alargada para eventos variados. Un entorno muy agradable con párking privado, vigilado y cerrado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La tarde noche de llegada, pese a no dar cenas, les faltó tiempo para hacernos unos sándwiches. Nos cambiaron las entradas de Cabárceno, ya que nos habíamos equivocado de día.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The setting is in a pretty Spa village. The hotel is quite a big hotel and modern with lots of marble flooring. The Reception staff spoke some English and were friendly and helpful. Our room was a Junior Suite on the third floor. It was spacious with a large bed which was a relief after the cramped uncomfortable cabin we had on our trip over on Brittany Ferries. The decor is on the bland side but the view from the windows more than made up for this. We were the only English staying in the hotel but this was fine as we managed with a very helpful Restaurant Manager to work our way through the menu in Spanish. He also advised us to go in the Restaurant as the buffet room was going to be very busy. The food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good too and had a plentiful selection. On our second night we ate across the road at their large cafe which has a nice outdoor terrace. The attraction for us was that we were able to eat earlier than the 8.30pm dinner service time that operates throughout Northern Spain. No English was spoken but we managed with helpful waiters and Google translate! The hotel is well known for its Thermal Spa Complex. We decided to try it despite no English spoken but again we managed with helpful staff and Google translate and managed to understand what we were supposed to do. This included wearing a swim cap provided by the hotel! It was a great experience and thoroughly therapeutic and relaxing. We had a good overall experience at the hotel and slept well. We would definitely stay here again even if it was only for a night passing through on our way south.

Nice ride through the country north east loop, to Santander, avoiding the motorway. Easy to find the Hotel near the beach, though you have to take a second right to come back to the hotel. Parked outside the hotel, no problem. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. It is a modern Hotel and the room was good. Excellent access to the beach, bars and supermacado. Far better than average breakfast, with a very nice member of waiting staff. Very good.

We stayed in a middle-pension, as last time; however, and despite being one of our favorite hotels, we were disappointed that during dinner the bottle of wine was not left on the table ( this time we served white wine from a bottle of hot and starting) With regard to posters, no variety: First day, Macedonian fruit or fruit and second day, flan from cheese . Nothing to do with the previous time. If you continue so, the middle pension does not deserve the value.
