I liked the hotel, the location is good, the service is good. The only drawback was the room they assigned us, the window was very small, it was a bit dark and very closed.

The breakfast was really good and delicious. The staff was very friendly just I wrote them in order to change the room but they didnt reply me so I advice they check the messages and reply timely. The bedroom with 1 queen bed was really nice. They didnt have many options for 2 twin beds altought it was clean. AC works very good. Is really well located in downtown area, there are several restaurants and bars just by walking distance.

We have spent 3 good days at the hotel. The only thing I missed in the room was a window to the outside… otherwise great.

Good overall location and the refurbishment since the last time I stayed is a huge eye-opener. Good to see more investments going into the area El Conde as the place was going into decline.

Tiene una excelente localización y el precio está buenísimo, el hotel súper limpio y bonito; los empleados muy atentos, tienen estacionamiento disponible. Tienen rooftop bello y cuentan con mini bar en el cuarto, súper rica las almohadas.
